DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  JAMES 5:6-9

(7)  Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord.  Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and later rain.
(8)  Be ye also patient;  stablish your hearts:  for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.

HIGH PRICE CALLING!

 (7)  Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord.  Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and later rain.  Brethren, when negative phenomenons are happening everywhere on planet earth, we tend to ask ourselves; when will Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior coming back again to planet earth?  Today, Apostle James is saying to believers;  (i)  Be patient, my brothers and sisters, for the Lord is coming sooner than we thought possible; therefore, let us trust in his words, and wait patiently for him; and know that he will not tarry, but will surely come at the appointed time:  for it is written; "For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry." (Habakkuk 2:3):  case in point, when a farmer plants his seeds, he waters, watches and waits for his high price seeds to germinate and develop into plants that may bear abundance of good fruits; when his plantation bears good fruits, he does not pre harvest his fruits until, they matured, ripen and good for harvesting; per chance the core seeds will be good enough and useful after the harvest, to be replanted again in the future for another greater harvest; therefore, the Lord has planted seeds of the kingdom of heaven on earth during his ministry on earth; his words are watering his seeds and they are springing up everyday all over the world; souls are being saved into life everlasting;  (ii)  therefore, regardless of horrific weather conditions, tornadoes, earthquakes, tsunamis or dry weathers;  Jesus will not harvest his plantation yet until his fruits are matured and suitable for harvesting on that faithful day of judgment.

Brethren, we still have time to come unto Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; it does not matter at all what we did yesterday or are doing today;  he is calling and waiting for all souls to come into him; and per chance, children of perdition will come unto him before it is too late to save their souls and they end of with the enemy in eternal damnation;  today, regardless of what is going on negatively in this world;  Jesus is long suffering, still waiting and searching for more souls from darkness of this world, into his marvelous lights; do we know of anyone who needs him?  this a point to ponder:  (iii) regardless of how humanity perceive what is going on in this world; from the Lord's perspective, he will rather wait patiently, and continue to search for more souls to bring into salvation, and eternity, than allow lost souls to perish in Hades forevermore;  therefore, the Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness; instead, he is patient, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance and receive salvation and life everlasting.

(8)  Be ye also patient;  stablish your hearts:  for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh. Brethren, let humanity be aware that, the day of Lord will come as a thief in the night; on that day, the heavens will pass away with great noise, and the atmospheric agencies making up the universe will melt away with fervent heat, the earth also and its undertakings, and works under the heavens, will undergo rapid combustion and burned up entirely;  the day of the Lord is at hand;  Jesus said; "But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom... And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven."(Luke 21:9-11);  brethren, things are happening now; therefore, as believers, let us not be hasty but wait patiently for Jesus Christ; accept truthfulness of his words into our hearts; have faith in his righteousness;  for, the world is for those who can wait; and while we are waiting patiently for that faithful day to come;  let us continue to do his will, go into the world, and preach the gospel into all nations of the earth and save souls for eternity;  the great commission, are we ready?

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, let us be patient, pray and persevere in faith through the righteousness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ;  regardless of what is going on all over the world, Jesus is in control still and will be in control of this world forevermore;  today, many are suffering from persecutions, and natural disasters, famines, wars, and many hearts are broken with sorrows from losing love ones by accidental human judgments;  however, this morning Jesus is saying to all who are suffering, "do not worry, I feel your aches and pains, I am on your sides to comfort you and to make things well again; come unto me with all your troubles; I will give you rest forever and evermore."  Amen and Amen!
