DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  MATTHEW 26:55-56

(55)  In that same hour said Jesus to the multitudes,  Are ye come out as against a thief with swords and staves for to take me?  I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and ye laid no hold on me.
(56)  But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled.  Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled.

I TOLD YOU SO!

(55)  In that same hour said Jesus to the multitudes,  Are ye come out as against a thief with swords and staves for to take me?  I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and ye laid no hold on me.  Brethren, after Jesus, drank the bitter cup from the hands of our Father, he said to his disciples, "Rise, let us be going behold, he is at hand that doth betray me."  as they left the garden of Gethsemane, Judas Iscariot showed up with a great multitude with swords and staves to arrest him; Jesus, questioned the multitude why they came out with swords and staves to arrest him;  he said, "Have I stolen something that ye have come out to arrest me with swords and staves?  Didn't I sat with you in the temple courts everyday teaching and you did not arrest me:" why now?  but it was the time for the scriptures to be fulfilled;  brethren, King Solomon said,  "To every thing there is a season,  and a time to every purpose under the heaven. (Ecclesiastes 3:1),

As believers of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; who walk in faith, in the righteousness of our Father, nothing can happen to believers, that the Father does not know about them or approve of them;  even when bad things happens, permissions has to be granted from Jesus Christ; if we are in one accord with the Holy Spirit, when we intend to make wrong movements, he will alert or hinder us from evil; for heaven watches over our lives at all times, and knows our thoughts;  in this context, Jesus, taught the people daily in the temple, but they did not arrest him but eagerly sat with him to hear his words of wisdom; however, when the time came for the scriptures to be fulfilled, and it was time for his betrayal, trials, crucifixion and death; our Father allowed the same people who praised, sang Hosanna to glorify his name to shout crucify him;  also, this context is to encourage believers, to know that if we walk in faith, believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; there is nothing negative or positive can happen in our lives that heaven does not approve of;  therefore, let our souls rejoice in the Lord; for he is the rock of our salvation.

(56)  But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled.  Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled.  Brethren,  all these events were scheduled to come to pass in the life of Jesus Christ, to stand trails, suffer, be crucified, die and resurrect again from the dead to do what is required to finish his task on earth;  therefore, let us know that each and everyone of us has an assignment to complete in this life;  if we walk in the light of our Father, whatever happens to us, are not coincidences but are designed to fulfill his own purposes in our lives;  in the case of Jesus Christ, his mission was completed successfully; though it ended with sad sorrows, it was designed to end in such manners, (i)  so humanity could be set free from all iniquities by his blood once and for all;  (ii)  that through his resurrection from the dead, we gain assess to the throne of grace to bring our petitions before our Father in heaven; (iii) also, Jesus is still working on our behalves, on earth he is redeeming lives from sins, granting salvation and eternity;  (iv)  in heaven, he is siting on the right hand of our Father, being an advocate for humanity;  today, we have nothing to worry, fear or be condemned about; for our Father knows the thoughts that he thinks towards us, and they are thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give us an expected end. (Jeremiah 29:11).

When all his disciples saw what was about to happen to Jesus Christ, they forsook him, and run away for their lives;  what?  "Yes!"  they deserted him;  amazingly the scriptures was fulfilled in this scenario also; for Jesus already warned his disciples of that day in Matthew 26:31 quoted;  "Then saith Jesus unto them,  "All ye shall be offended because of me this night:  for it is written,  I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad."  Brethren, Jesus Christ own disciples fled for their lives when troubles started with their master; none of them was willing to lay down his life for him; however, Jesus laid down his life for all humanity, paid the price for all our iniquities, today we are joint heirs with him in eternity;  points to ponder,  if disciples who saw Jesus Christ performed miracles, signs and wonders could react this way towards their master, if we are confronted with issues regarding our faiths in his righteousness today, what will be our reactions before humanity?

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved,  in today lesson, two phenomenons happened in the life of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  firstly, he was arrested with swords and staves like a thief by the soldiers, but he never stole anything, but all these phenomenons happened for the scriptures to be fulfilled;  secondly, his own disciples ran away from him, when moments of trails came upon him; however, when he rose again from the death, he did not hold their negative reactions to grudge against them but forgave humanity of all their iniquities on the cross of Calvary;  today, Jesus does not condemn anyone on earth;  there is a day set aside when we shall meet with him at the throne of judgment; on that day, he will judge humanity;  therefore, let us not feel condemned and ran away from him, regardless of our fears and worries, his arms are opened to receive us from our distresses, in him, are benefits of salvation, grace, peace, hope and life everlasting.  Amen and Amen!

QUOTES OF THE DAY:

(KJV.)  John 7:28-29  Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying,  Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not...But I know him: for I am from him, and he hath sent me.

EL ELOHIM MINISTRIES: DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

EL ELOHIM MINISTRIES: DAILY BREAD OF LIFE: (KJV.)  MATTHEW 26:40-42 (40)  And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter,   What, could ye not watch...

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  MATTHEW 26:40-42

(40)  And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter,  What, could ye not watch with me one hour?
(41)  Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation:  the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
(42)  He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying,  O my Father,  if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.

WHAT ARE FRIENDS FOR?

(40)  And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter,  What, could ye not watch with me one hour?  Brethren,  Jesus in his last days of his ministry, went to Gethsemane, with his disciples;  when they got there, he separated himself apart, went yonder to pray;  but when he came back to his disciples, he found them asleep;  he said to Peter,  "Couldn't you keep vigil with me for an hour?  I call this context, what are friends for?  at times, we associate with people, so that when trouble comes, we can call upon them for emotional, physical or spiritual supports; however, what do you do, when friends you hope to count on, in times of troubles turns their back on you?  It is a sad situation!  throughout the ministry of Jesus Christ, his twelve disciples were with him and certain points, might have sworn oath of allegiance to him, but when his soul was sorrowful regarding his pending trails, sufferings and death;  though he requested for their prayers and supports, they fell asleep on him;  (i)  let us know that the only person that can not fail anyone is our Father in heaven through his son Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior;  therefore, (ii)  let us not put our trust in people, but trust in our Father through Jesus Christ:  for, it is written, "Put not your trust in princes nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help. (Psalm 146:3).

(41)  Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation:  the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.  Brethren, when Jesus saw his disciples sleeping;  he said unto them,  "Be careful and supplicate, so that you will not fall under the influence of the enemy;  for, the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weaken.";  Jesus warned his disciples to be vigilantes, for,  (i)  whatever he is about to go through will also affect their lives;   (ii)  but if they keep vigil and pray to our Father, he will grant them spirits of perseverance through all temptations;  (iii)  for, the inner man is willing to persevere through all trails, but the physical body is not strengthen, to withstand the troubles; (iv)  let us know that when we are in troubles, there is nothing our Father can do to help us, if we cannot pray to call on him;  therefore, when in troubles;  (iv)  let us get on our knees and pray to our Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, ask him to strengthen our faith in his righteousness, and deliver us from all evil;  (v)  without prayers, our faiths will be shaken by the enemy, we will lose battles that we could have won with faith Jesus Christ;  therefore, let us pray without ceasing, prayer works!

Case in point, if Jesus Christ, who was part of our Father, but was born in flesh to walk on earth, (i) fasted for forty days in the wilderness to overcome temptations of the enemy;  (ii) and to gain power and authority to do our Father's will on planet earth;  (iii)  and prayed exceedingly, at the end of his ministry,  to get help from our Father to overcome his trails, crucifixion and death;  we have enough reasons as believers, to also seek our Father's face everyday through reading of the scriptures and to protect our lives from perils and dangers of this world;  (iv)  also, let us pray for victories, healing, blessings and sense of directions to run away from works of evil, and to have close relationships with our Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

(42)  He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying,  O my Father,  if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.  Brethren,  Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane, prayed, pleaded with our Father to take away his bitter cup, being in sorrow and an agony, he supplicated more seriously and in an intent mental state and his sweat looked like great drops of blood falling down to the ground; he prayed saying,  "O my Father, if it is not possible for this cup to be taken away from me, unless I drink it, may your will be done.";  at times, our Father allows his children to go through trails for his own purposes;  in those trails, there are no fasting, prayers or supplications that can revert those trails;  however, when in any kind of trails, we ought to pray for spirits of endurance to overcome, so that our Father's will could be done in our lives, that our souls be gratified when it all done by his grace forevermore.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, this is the week of Passover, believers are to watch and pray;  let us assume that we are in the garden of Gethsemane with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  let us not get carried away by yielding to dictates of our fleshly desires; but be watchful, spiritual, fast (optional), pray, praise his Holy Name; for what he has done, doing and will do again on the cross of Calvary;  if we have not known the truth about him yet, this is the week, day and time to do so;  come into his open arms of salvation, grace, hope and life everlasting.  Amen and Amen!

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  MATTHEWS 21:15-16

(15)  And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying,  Hosanna to the son of David;  they were sore displeased,
(16)  And said unto him,  Hearest thou what these say?  And Jesus saith unto them,  Yea; have ye never read,  Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?

WHAT IS MAKING YOU SAD?

(15)  And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying,  Hosanna to the son of David;  they were sore displeased,  Brethren,  at times, enemies will hate believers, not because of their wrong doings, but because of rightful standings in the faith, in the righteousness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; and service to our Father, the creator of all things;  in this chapter, Jesus went to the temple of our Father, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew tables of the money changers, and seats of them that sold doves.

Afterwards, the blind and lame came to him in the temple, and he healed them; but, when enemies saw the miracles that he did, and the children crying in the temple, saying,  Hosanna to the son of David;  they became very unhappy;  why were they angry?  (i)  because they saw Jesus performed miracles in the temple and the children singing praises to him;  when we sing praises to our Father, enemies become upset;  therefore, let us praise him everyday!  Oh give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good:  because his mercies endureth for ever. (Psalm 118:1);   (ii)  also, the chief priests and scribes became angry, because the children praised Jesus Christ, associating him to King David; saying, "Hosanna to the son of David;"

Case in point, if Jesus did something rightfully in the eyes of our Father, by healing the blind and lame of their afflictions;  what would be the cause for his enemies to be unhappy?  Brethren, in this life,  sometimes, we associate ourselves with people, who are not really friends, but enemies; and reasons why, they became friends with us, were to know our secrets and expose them to others; when we achieve greater successes; surprisingly, what used to be closer relationships will become sour grapes, hatreds and resentments;  therefore;  brethren,  let us beware of who we associate ourselves with;  be wise as serpents and gentle as doves in this world full of darkness. (Matthew 10:16).

(16)  And said unto him,  Hearest thou what these say?  And Jesus saith unto them,  Yea;  have ye never read,  Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise? Brethren, in the above context,  the chief priests and scribes saw wonderful things that manifested through Jesus Christ in the temple; but instead of praising our Father with the children, they rather became upset, conspired to bring him into trails, sufferings, crucifixion and death;  they said unto Jesus;  did you hear what the children are saying?  Jesus said unto them;  Yes!  it is written;  "From the mouths of human babies and young unweaned animals, there will be absolute praise?";  in the presence of his enemies, the scriptures was fulfilled;  it was obvious that the elders were not there to glorify our Father through Jesus Christ,  the only reason why they were there, was to find faults to use against him;  for, their despiteful hearts were infiltrated with spirits of hatred, enviousness and jealousies;  therefore, let us be aware that, when we become jealous of others;  inwardly, our thoughts are evil towards them, and there is no telling what evil minds will do;  therefore, let us not think evil against others, but encourage and glorify our Father through achievements of others, if we do so, our Father will also bless us and others will rejoice with us forevermore:  it is written down in the scriptures;  "What shall we then say to these things?  If  God be for us, who can be against us?"  (Romans 8:31).  Nobody!

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved,  as believers of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, if we are in the righteousness of our Father through faith in Jesus Christ, enemies will pester with our souls;  regardless of where we are or what we do on planet earth; there will be enemy attacks upon our lives; however, let us know that, when enemies pester with our souls, Jesus Christ is aware of their evil deeds, and will surely deliver us from all evil;  regardless, let us be glad, rejoice exceedingly before our maker, because of his righteousness, we are counted worthy through the blood of Jesus Christ, we are joint heirs and inherit life everlasting;  today, if we have not received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, this is the day to receive him into our hearts, tomorrow may be too late;  for, Jesus Christ is coming sooner than we think, he will!  Amen and amen!

QUOTES OF THE DAY:

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  MATTHEW 21:8-10

(8)  A very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees,, and strawed them in the way.
(9)  And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying,  Hosanna to the son of David:  Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord;  Hosanna in the highest.
(10) And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved,  saying,  Who is this?

WHO IS THIS?

(8)  A very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees,, and strawed them in the way.  Brethren,  this context is about Jesus Christ's triumphal entry into Jerusalem;  when Jesus and his disciples came to Bethphage, to the mount of Olives, he sent two of disciples, into the village over against them, that they will find an ass tied and a colt with her; Jesus asked his disciples to lose them, and bring them to him, and if any man questions them, they should say that the Lord needs them, and they shall have them:  brethren, all this was done to fulfill the prophecy of Zachariah 9:9;  it is written, "Rejoice greatly,  O daughter of Zion;  shout,  O daughter of Jerusalem:  behold, thy King cometh unto thee:  he is just, and having salvation;  lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass."  when the disciples brought the ass and colt with her; great number of people opened and arrange their garments along the pathway, while others cut down branches from trees and spread them in the pathway; this is red carpet treatment; signifying an entry of a significant personality, person of influence, deity, kingship and with honors.

Jesus Christ, mission on earth was completed, therefore, he rode on the ass into Jerusalem, to fulfill the scriptures regarding who he was, (i)  the King;  it is written, "And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda:  for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Isreal. (Matthew 2:6);  (ii)  he is just; it is written; "And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the father unto the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord." (Luke 1:17); (iii)  having salvation,  it is written, "To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by remission of their sins." (Luke 1:77);  (iv)  lowly, and riding upon as ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass. an ass is smaller than a horse, with long ears;  (i)  Jesus entered into the world with humility, for, he was born in a filthiness of a manger; (Luke 2:7);  again, (ii)  Jesus left the world in humility, for, he rode on an ass, and even into his trails and death; he humbled himself under the mighty hands of our Father who sent him; and when it was all done, our Father glorified him;  therefore, let us also humble ourselves in sight of our Father, and he will lift us up. (James 4:10).

(9)  And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying,  Hosanna to the son of David:  Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord;  Hosanna in the highest.
Brethren, (i)  the multitudes followed Jesus Christ; proclaiming his deity as son of David: (Matthew 1:1); (ii)  the multitude glorified his name saying, "Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hossanna in the highest;"  (iii)  the multitude proclaimed that Jesus was the son of David, if he was the son of David, then when he rode on the ass to enter into Jerusalem, from their perspectives, it was not him that was on the ass but his Father David;  therefore, (iv)  they shouted, "Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that cometh in the name of the Lord:  Hosanna in the highest." (Mark 11:10);  therefore, let us also rejoice exceedingly;  Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior will triumphant again on pathway, to face trails, suffer, die for our iniquities, but will rise again from the dead on the third day, and we will rejoice and be exceedingly glad forevermore.

(10) And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved,  saying,  Who is this?  Brethren when Jesus entered into Jerusalem, all inhabitants of cities became surprised, questioned themselves, Who is this?  Why did they questioned themselves?  it was because of the parade; for they did not expect Jesus to be exceedingly glorified among them;  however, the ways of our Father are mysterious to accomplished his words;  for, it is written, "Hast thou not heard long ago, how I have done it; and of ancient times, that I have formed it?  now have I brought it to pass, that thou shouldest be to lay waste defenced cities into ruinous heaps." (Isaiah 37:26);  if we received words of our Father, whether through prophesies, dreams or vision;  let us know for sure, that they will come to pass in due times;  for our Father is not doing something poorly, because he not putting enough efforts into fulfilling his promises in our lives, as some men will call poor performance; but our Father is very patient towards fulling promises, so that we receive them at appropriate times, when our hearts are turned towards him;  therefore, let us wait patiently on him;  for, he is faithful in all his ways.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, in today's lesson, we learned of the triumphant entry of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior into Jerusalem to face trails, sufferings, death and resurrection; to complete his ministry on earth;  Jesus went through all these phenomenons to redeem humanity from all iniquities, to grant salvation, grace and life everlasting;  if we have not yet made decisions to accept him as Lord and Savior, today is the day to do so;  his blood avails much;  let us come unto to him today, before its too late; behold, he is coming quickly! Amen and Amen!

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  ST. LUKE 22:25-27

(25)  And he said unto them,  The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.
(26)  But ye shall not be so:  but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.
(27)  For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth?  is not he that sitteth an meat?  but I am among you as he that serveth.

SERVE THE LORD WITH GLADNESS!

(25)  And he said unto them,  The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.  Brethren,  when Jesus Christ was with his disciples at the last Passover, at the dinner table, he told them about his trails, crucifixion death and resurrection, however, his disciples were not paying attention to his warning but strove among themselves, about who should be the greatest among them, in the absence of their master Jesus Christ;  therefore, he said unto them,  "The rulers of the world discharge their duties over the world, and those that discharge powers and make decisions in the world are called donors."  therefore,  (i) his disciples ought to be humble, obey their rulers and authorities;  (ii)  they ought to serve and not be rulers over people;  (iii)  that his disciples should obey those who rule and have authorities over them;  in other words, they should be humble and law abiding. (Titus 3:1).

(26)  But ye shall not be so:  but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.  Brethren,  Jesus, told his disciples not to strive among themselves on who will be the greatest, but, serve our Father diligently;  for, (i)  whosoever, will be distinguished among them; let that person be the junior and serve others; (Galatians 5:13);  (ii)  and whosoever, that is highest in ranking and have authority over people, that person should also serve his people.:(John 12:26);  therefore, in whatever positions we find ourselves in this world, we are all servers, and should willfully and joyfully serve one another;  regardless of what we do, when we serve others, we also serve our Father in heaven, creator of all things; and if we serve him, then, let us serve him with enthusiasm, not with hesitations;  for example,  (iii)  parents serve their families by providing food, shelter and clothing;  (iv)  at work, employees serve  their employers through daily responsibilities, employers serve their employees by rewarding them with paychecks;  on the other hand,  (iv)  if we serve Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior on earth, in his holy fold, and serve one another;  let us know that there are spiritual blessings awaiting us in heavenly places forevermore.(Ephesians 1:3);  today,  let us ask ourselves, are we serving Jesus Christ?

(27)  For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth?  is not he that sitteth an meat?  but I am among you as he that serveth.  Brethren, if we serve one another with all our hearts; (i)  the world will see our handiwork, eventually we will earn recognition, be alleviated into higher positions;  regardless of what authorities and positions we serve;  let us serve one another diligently and with joyfulness of hearts;  (ii)  not only will the world see our services, but heaven will also recognize our efforts on earth and our Father will be glorified through our works;  Jesus said unto his disciples, "who is greater, the one who is seated at the dinner table to be served or the server who serves the dinner?  Jesus answered the question himself, and said, it is he that seated to be served; but during my time with you together, I was a server;  therefore, the lesson Jesus was teaching his disciples in this context is to also serve the world;  today, let us serve one another with our gifts and talents, if we share our gifts with others, we will receive more gifts from our Father for his glorification;  it is written, "As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God." (1 Peter 4:10).

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved,  the lesson Jesus is teaching us today is;  believers, are servants; though we are joint heirs with him in eternity; on earth we are to humble ourselves as household servants, serve him as we serve one another;  though Jesus was part of our Father, he served humanity during his ministry on earth; therefore, as his believers, let us also serve one another, not grudgingly but with joyfulness of hearts, for there are earthly, heavenly blessings in serving our Father through Jesus Christ in his righteousness forever and evermore.  Amen and Amen!

QUOTE OF THE DAY:

(KJV.)  1 Peter 4:11  If any man speak,  let him speak as the oracles of God;  if any man minister,  let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever.  Amen.

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  1 JOHN 3:21-23

(21)  Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
(22)  And whatsoever we ask,  we receive of him,  because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
(23)  And this is his commandment,  That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

CREATE IN US A CLEAN HEARTS, O FATHER!

(21)  Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.  Brethren, our Father looks upon the hearts of humanity, (Acts 15:8);  and if our hearts are clear, perfect before him, with no convictions of wrong doings; at that time, we are certain that we can do all things and succeed by his grace;  for at times, the resurrection power of the Holy Spirit, which resides in our innermost spirits, will convict our hearts of wrong doings, so we become aware of our shortcomings and correct ourselves;  (i)  by feelings remorse for what we did wrong and cleansing our hearts out of all filthiness of the spirits;  (ii)  when we pray about our shortcomings, we turn our hearts toward our Father and fellowship with him again through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  (iii)  it is good that we have the Holy Spirit residing in our mortal bodies, to direct our ways in his righteousness; therefore, (iv)  let us purify our hearts by having greater faith in our Father, that he is above all and able to do all things,  (v)  let us believe in Jesus Christ, his Son as Lord and Savior of humanity, by his sufferings, dead and resurrection, we receive salvation, grace freely, have hope for his second coming and life everlasting.

 (22)  And whatsoever we ask,  we receive of him,  because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.  Brethren, if our hearts are turned towards our Father, and we have confidence in him;  whatever, our hearts desires, if we ask in faith, believing that we receive them, they will be given unto us by our Father;  for we obey his words and do those things that make him happy, and he is satisfied with our behaviors;  therefore, as believers, during this lent season, (i)  let us show sober reflections before our Father. putting on breastplates of faith and love; and for helmets, the hopes of salvation. (1 Thessalonians 5:8);  (ii)  let us seek his face to know his will in our lives and to do things that are pleasing in his sight;  for, it is written,  "Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face forevermore." (Psalm 105:4);  therefore,  (iii)  let us seek the face of Jesus Christ; pray for fresh anointing oils of the Holy Spirit, to be poured into our innermost spirits, to empower us for next levels of service to our Father in the faith of his righteousness;  (iv) also, if we desires to perform miracles, signs and wonders in the name of Jesus Christ;  let us fast and pray to receive greater powers from him;  for such things can be done only by faith, fasting and prayers. (Matthew 17:21);  in lent seasons, Jesus Christ desires to empower his believers who seek his face diligently with fasting (optional) and prayers;  why?  because it is pleasing in his sight, that humanity will observe events surrounding his sufferings, death and resurrection;  for, they were not done in vain, but through him, there is redemption for humanity, salvation, grace and eternity,

(23)  And this is his commandment,  That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.  Brethren,  in this context, our Father makes himself clear on his commandments for humanity;  (i)  That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ;  he is the only way to salvation, and there is no other way to the Father but by him;  it is written, "Jesus saith unto him,  I am the way, the truth, and the life:  no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." (John 14:6);  therefore, let us pray to our Father this lent season for greater believes, to accelerate our faiths in the name of Jesus!:  author and finisher of our races on earth; (ii)  let us love one another; for love is of our Father, and he who loves his neighbor, is full of lights of our Father; he who loves not his neighbor is still in darkness and the love of the Father is not in him; therefore, let us forgive one another faults, as Jesus Christ suffered for our iniquities, died on the cross of Calvary, rose again from the death to set the captives free and siting on right hand of our Father and still forgiving our sins everyday;  it is also fair for us to forgive those who trespass against us at all times;  (iii)  this is the only commandment that settles all the commandments;  if we have greater love for one another, we will not go against rest of his commandment but love covers them all and we walk in faith of his righteousness forevermore.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved,  today, we learned that, if our hearts are perfect before our Father;  whatsoever, we ask of him, he will do it, because we obey his words, do those things that are delightful in his eyes; because we obey his words, to believe in the name of Jesus Christ his Son and love one another; therefore, let us continue to obey him, walk by faith in his righteousness, salvation and eternity;  whatever is bewailing our souls today, Jesus Christ will turn all our troubles into greater testimonies, everlasting blessings, joy and peace forever and evermore.  Believe in Jesus Christ! Amen and Amen!

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

ST. LUKE 22:3-6

(3)  Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.
(4)  And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them.
(5)  And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.
(6)  And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray him unto them in the absence of the multitude.

BEWARE OF THE ADVERSARY!

(3)  Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.  Brethren,  as believers of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  we are to be spirit filled at all times, that we do not fall preys, as victims to the enemy; he is busy around the clock, looking for human instruments to warfare others with; at times, he will infiltrate our minds, to use our own handy works to destroy ourselves, to put our souls in torments and disarrays and when his plans are successful; he points out our own faults, which he initially instigated on our minds, and use them to condemn our souls by infiltrating thought process with thoughts of failures;  in this context,  it was the feast of unleavened bread, known as the Passover; the chief priests and scribes sought how to kill Jesus; then Satan entered into Judas Iscariot, the number twelve disciple of Jesus Christ to betray him; (i) Judas being the number twelve on the list of disciples, maybe insecure among his piers; therefore, it was easy for Satan to go after him to do his evil works against Jesus Christ;  (ii)  his heart was not pure before our Father; though he was a disciple of Jesus Christ;  (iii)  maybe he had issues with his own piers; such as lack of respect for him, lack of self esteem and was unhappy among them; (iv) maybe he thought, other disciples were not aware of his problems;  therefore, he thought evil that night on what to do to become famous among them;  (iiv)  Jesus knew what his thoughts were towards him; so he helped him to speed it up by bringing his thoughts out to the open at the feast of Passover.  therefore, he gave him bread dipped in the pot of soup;  brethren, let us pray the blood of Jesus to take authority over our mindsets everyday; for the enemy is looking for ways to infiltrate our minds to do his evil works against humanity.

(4)  And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them.  Brethren, when the enemy succeeds by taking over mindsets, he does not stop there until  his plans to destroy lives are completely successful;  in the above context; Satan entered in Judas Iscariot; he quickly went away to communicate with the chief priests and captains to give information on how, where to arrest Jesus Christ: (i)  when the enemy find a soul to use to do his evil works;  (ii)  he will empower his evil vessels with fake great powers, push them around like zombies until they accomplish the tasks;  (iii)  he will even negotiate offers with his evil vessels, rewards for riches, fame and fake blessings;  (iv)  his schemes are so real that if care is not taken, his vessels may think they are actually doing wills of our Father,  (iiv)  let us think on this issue this way;  anything of evil natures are not of our Father; but of the enemy, the prince of darkness of this world; let us beware of things from darkness, our Father is light, there is no darkness in him at all; (iv)  he is full of lies, he can turn the truth of what we were told by our Father into lies, and offer a better deal, switch things around to make them look like they are our Father's newer instructions to make us believe his lies and fall victims to his evil works;  (vi)  Satan is real!  he is very busy at all times running around looking for victims. (1 Peter 5:8);  therefore, let us be aware of his devises; not be afraid of him; but resist his voice, plea blood of Jesus Christ over our mindsets everyday and he will flee away, he does not like to hear the name of Jesus!

(5)  And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.  Brethren, (i)  Judas Iscariot, under the spell of Satan, taught he could get rich and be famous overnight by taking bribe from the chief priests to betray Jesus Christ; it is written,  "And said unto them,  What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you?  And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver." (Matthew 26:15); (ii) I believe that Judas thought that Jesus could get away safely from the soldiers or vanished among the crowd when they arrested him;  for he had observed Jesus performed miracles several times. (iii)  he also thought Jesus Christ will argue with the elders when they interrogated him, so he could point out their faults to them and maybe became the King of the world; though he told his disciples over and over again that his kingdom was not of this world; however, when the enemy is in control of a mindset there no telling what he will use his evil vessels to manifest on earth;  (iv)  I feel sorry for Judas; for he was used mightily to fulfilled the great mission of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, but he allowed the enemy to destroy his life, after the task was accomplished;  if he would have had remorse for doing evil works for Satan, he would have been forgiven by the shed blood of Jesus on the cross of Calvary;  (v)  he would have made it to heaven with rest of his piers, but the enemy destroyed his life by hanging himself on a tree; after he gave back the thirty pieces of silver to the , chief priests, his reward for doing evil against Jesus Christ;  therefore, let us show remorse for our wrong doings, for the blood of Jesus Christ paid for all our sins, past, present and future;  however,  it is written, "..........Go and sin no more." (John 8:11);

(6)  And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray him unto them in the absence of the multitude.  Brethren,  it is written, ...."For the love of money is the root of all evil; which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. (1 Timothy 6:10);  as soon as money was promised, Judas Iscariot, devised a way to double cross Jesus his master, ways and means to hand him over the the authorities without creating havoc but things always does not turn out positively when the enemy is involved;  his ways are destructive disarray, disastrous and condemnations;  brethren, this is a bittersweet narrative;  why? the bitter parts are;  (i)  Judas betrayed his own master Jesus Christ, with a kiss for thirty pieces of silver,  (ii) Jesus did nothing wrong but suffered, died on the cross of Calvary for sins he did not committed; the sweeter parts are;  (i)  Jesus's death on cross paid for all our iniquities, (ii)  he rose again from the death on the third day;  ( iii) and he went to hell to set captives free from bondage of Satan.  (iv) he is sited at the right hand of our Father, as an advocate to humanity; that all those who believes in him.should not perish but have everlasting life.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, in this lesson we learned how the enemy can enter into minds to possess souls as evil vessels, and how he can empower his vessels, lure them with lust of the flesh;  the enemy is in business of luring as many souls as possible into hell's condemnation;  therefore, let us be ware of his corny and craftiness, to make us use our own robes to tie ourselves; then he finds ways to hang us on the tree;  however, Jesus had made things easier for humanity;  all we have to do today, is to come unto him with our troubles and receive rest, protection from the enemy by his blood; there is grace freely, salvation and life everlasting.  Come to Jesus Christ today!  Amen and amen!

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  1 PETER 1:3-5

(3)  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
(4)  To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
(5)  Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

LIVELY HOPE IN JESUS CHRIST!

(3)  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.  Brethren, in the above context, Apostle Peter glorifies our Father for his enormous kindness, grace and hope given by awakening Jesus Christ from sleeping in death;  (i)  by his resurrection, all our iniquities, past, present and future are completely forgiven and we receive grace, hope for his second coming and life everlasting;  (ii)  if we receive our Father's abundant mercies because of Jesus Christ's sufferings, death and resurrection; then, we did not earn his mercies because of our statuses or accomplishments but because of his love and compassion for humanity; that he gave his only begotten son to be slaughtered for our iniquities, that whosoever believes in him, should have grace, salvation and life everlasting;  therefore,  let us count ourselves as blessed children of our Father, through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  (iii)  also, it is because of our Father's love for humanity, his bowels yearns to save our souls from everlasting punishments into salvation, grace, peace and life everlasting;  therefore, let us also have love for one another, for he that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. (1 John 4:8).

(4)  To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,  Brethren, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior from the dead;  (i)  we come into possession of divine blessings that are not subjects to decays or corrodes away;  (ii)  blessings that are not unclean, impure or contaminated, and not slowly lose its qualities, strengths or freshness;  (iii)  blessings that are not weaken or break away easily by conditions;  (iv) blessings that are reserved in heavenly places, without pains and sorrows but with joy, peace and life everlasting;  therefore, as believers, let us seek first the kingdom of our Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, and his righteousness, and all other promises of our Father and Jesus Christ, will be our inheritances forevermore. (Matthew 6:33).

(5)  Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.  Brethren, all these blessings and promises are under our Father's own sovereignty;  (i) he gives them away through our faith in his righteousness, and salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  (ii)  his promises of salvation and eternity are readily prepared and available to manifest through events surrounding his second coming, rapture and life everlasting;  therefore, if we have all these promises of eternal blessings, (iii)  let us respond to our callings in the faith of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior and serve him diligently;  (iv)  let us work our salvation with fear and trembling; for, it is our Father working through our mortal bodies together, to will and to do his good purposes on earth;  (v)  let us do all things without grumbling or arguing about them; so that we may become blameless and pure, without faults in a warped and crooked generation, among which we shine as lights of this world full of darkness. (Philippians 2:12-15).

Brethren, the first revelation was given by our Father through his own spirits, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, born of virgin Mary, suffered, crucified, died and buried but rose again on the third day and sitting on right hand of our Father as an advocate for all humanity;  the second revelations yet to be revealed to humanity is the second coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ;  (i)  when those that are sleeping in death will rise first;  (ii)  then, we that are alive and remain on earth, will caught up together with them in the clouds;  (iii)  to meet Jesus Christ in the air, and we will live with him forevermore.  Let's get ready?

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, today we learn that by death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, our Father gave us his mercies abundantly and lively hopes for eternal blessings; to inherit these blessings that are kept by the power of our Father, we have to walk by faith into revelations that is yet to be disclosed to humanity during the last days;  also let us prepare ourselves for the second revelation; have great faith now; for salvation is already given freely through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; therefore, let us not wait any longer but proceed into his arms of grace, peace and life everlasting.  Amen and amen!

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

ACTS 4:16-18

(16)  Saying,  What shall we do to these men?  for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it.
(17)  But that it spread no further among the people,  let us straitly threaten them, that they speak hence forth to no man in this name.
(18)  And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.

FEAR NOT, YE PERSECUTED BELIEVERS!

(16)  Saying,  What shall we do to these men?  for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it.  Brethren, today, are we being persecuted for righteousness sake?  let us not worry but be strengthen in faith through the righteousness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ;  for past disciples of Jesus Christ, faced great persecutions than believers of this generation;  (i)  in the book of Acts chapter 4, after the disciples received the Holy Ghost on the day of Pentecost; Peter and John became powerful, boldness in spirits, to preach the gospel of repentance, remission of sins, salvation and performed great miracles; however, when the rulers of the people and elders of Israel saw their boldness and miracles, they thought to themselves; these men used to lack knowledge and of little education;  the point is, Jesus Christ can choose to call and appoint anyone on earth for his purposes, regardless of their intellect or status in life; for he looks only upon the hearts of men. (Luke 16:15);  it is written, "for the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God;...he taketh the wise in their own craftiness." (1 Corinthians 3:19);  therefore if we do the will of our Father, but enemies mock and speak ill against us, because they assumed that we are unlearned;  let us rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for, if we suffer for Jesus Christ sake, we will be glorified and rewarded with crown of glories. (1 Peter 4:13).

Though the rulers and elders became excited about what they saw;  for a man was healed right before their eyes, they could not utter a word but thought evil against Peter and John, conspired among themselves, Saying, what can we do to these men?  truly, there are miracles performed by them in Jerusalem and we cannot deny it;  this is a conspiracy to persecute them for righteousness sake, (1 Peter 3: 12-18);  at times, because of who we are in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, as children of light, not of darkness, persecutions will rise up against us and regardless of what we do rightfully, enemies will find faults, to defame our characters, to bring condemnations upon our souls; however, (i)  let us remember that persecutions had happened before to believers of old like Peter and John, who walked in faiths through the righteousness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and encourage ourselves by reading words of their faith experiences in the scriptures;  (ii)  also, let us not pay attentions to our haters, give them credits for their evil works against us but focus on Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our races on earth and rejoice in our persecutions, persevere and forbear in our faith;  Jesus Christ already taken our shame on the cross of Calvary, (Hebrews 12:2); (iii)  Jesus is now sitted on the right hand of the Father as our advocate; he sees our persecutions, talks to our Father about them and will reward us with crown of glories in heavenly places forever.

(17)  But that it spread no further among the people,  let us straitly threaten them, that they speak hence forth to no man in this name.  Brethren, now Peter and John are in trouble for doing wills of our Father through the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; (i)  the rulers and elders conspired to stop the glory of Jesus Christ from shinning and spreading among humanity; therefore, they plotted to cause distress to their lives by uttering evil words of condemnations against them, to make them cease to perform miracles in the name of Jesus Christ;  however, who can overshadow the glory of Jesus Christ from shinning?  it is written,  "And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it." (Isaiah 40:5);  today, if we are doing what are rightfully in our callings, but enemies rise up against us, slander with words of hatred and condemn our souls for righteousness sake;  brethren, let us not worry but rather pray that their spiritual eyes be lighten, to see the glory of Jesus Christ in our works, and to give him all glory, be converted to serve him in the faith in righteousness.

(18)  And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.  Brethren, now the enemy encouraged the rulers and elders to assemble Peter and John, and warned them not to speak at all in the name of Jesus;  really?  I declare and decree;  (i)  let the name of Jesus be glorified on earth this day and forevermore. Amen!  (ii)  In the name of Jesus, let every knee bow, of things in heaven, things in earth and things under the earth; (Philippians 2:10); (iii)  let every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:11);  (iv)  in the name of Jesus, let the blind see and lepers receive healing and the lame walked; for, Peter said, "Silver and Gold have I none; but what I give thee; In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise and walk." (Acts 3:6);  (v) in the name of Jesus, there is remission of sins. salvation and life everlasting;  my question is;  what was Peter and John's response their persecutors in this chapter?:  it is written, "Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard." (Acts 4:19-20); brethren, Peter and John witnessed to the glorification of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior among heathen;  ponder point;  if we are in same situations as believers, and are being persecuted by our haters today, what will be our responses to our persecutors?

CONCLUSION

Dearly beloved, there is nothing under the sun that had never happened before, from generations to generations, persecutions, oppression, tears and agonies of believers of Jesus Christ have been in existence; and at times, we wonder why?  it is written,  "And when he had opened the fifth seal,  I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and the testimony which they held;.....And they cried with a loud voice,  saying,  How long,  O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? (Revelation 6:9-10);  therefore, our Father knows about our persecutions;  let us be encouraged, to know that though enemies may prevail against us with persecutions, in due time, our Father will judge our enemies with his wrath; but, we will continue to dwell in his holiness forever and evermore;  therefore, let us come to Jesus and receive rests for our souls, for in him is salvation, peace, grace and life everlasting.  Amen and amen!

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  LUKE 22:31-32

(31)  And the Lord said,  Simon, Simon,  behold,  Satan hath desired to have you,  that he may sift you as wheat:
(32)  But I have prayed for thee,  that thy faith fail not:  and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

JESUS, PRAY FOR US!

(31)  And the Lord said,  Simon, Simon,  behold,  Satan hath desired to have you,  that he may sift you as wheat:  Brethren,  as believers of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, there will times in our lives when the enemy will obtain permission from our Father to pester with our souls;  (i)  First of all, let us be aware that, there is nothing that the enemy can do to harm obedience children of our Father, unless permission is granted to him from our Father himself; (Job 1:6-12);  (ii)  for example, Job was perfect, upright and feared our Father, always cautious not to offend him;  it is written, that when sons of our Father presented themselves before him, and Satan came also among them:  the question is,  what was Satan doing among righteous children of our Father?  (iii)  let us beware that Satan is also son of our Father and was once loved by him but when he rebelled against our Father with his demonic angels, they were thrown out of heaven down to planet earth. (Isaiah 12:14);  (iv) Satan was there to talk about righteous souls, that he desires to pester with on earth and to obtain permission from our Father, to touch those souls: in the case of Job, our Father gave permission to Satan, to put forth his hands on all that Job has, but not on his soul. (Job 1:12).

Brethren, in the above context;  Jesus Christ, warned Simon to beware of the enemy!  because, he knew that Satan had sought permission from our Father, to destroy him by drilling his faith during Jesus trails, crucifixion, death and resurrection:  when the enemy desires to destroy our souls in the faith of his righteousness;  (i)  firstly, he will transform himself in our dreams and visions into angel of light to bring fake messages and manifestations, to lure us to believe his lies, that they are truths; (ii)  he will start his dirty works by attacking our faith foundations with infiltration spirits;  (iii)  he will use craftiness and dubiousness, to make us believe his schemes in other to derail us from the faith; at times, he will touch lives to points whereby only our Father can prevail against him;  today, if we find ourselves in trails and tribulations, (iv)  let us be strengthen with faith to know that nothing can happen to us, unless our Father gave the enemy permission to pester with our souls, if he gave his permission to him; then, he will also bring us out in due times;  (v)  let us also know that trails are seasonal;  the enemy cannot pester with our souls more than seasons allotted to him by our Father; (vi)  during trails and tribulations, our Father uses our pains and sufferings to further his will in our lives;  therefore,  let us also be patient during trails and tribulations, that when our troubles are over and done with, we may be perfect entirely, wanting nothing. (James 1:4);  (vii)  when in trails, let us pray without ceasing, praise and give thanks our Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, and wait for deliverance, when our souls are established, gratified, settled with multiple blessings forevermore.

(32)  But I have prayed for thee,  that thy faith fail not:  and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.  Brethren,  Jesus knew that the enemy had obtain permission to pester with Simon's soul;  therefore, he prayed for him; in other words, he spoke to our Father on Simon's behalf, as an advocate and permission was granted that the enemy should not shake his faith but live him alone;  I believe that Jesus intended to use Simon mightily to feed his lambs, after his death and resurrection and would not allow his faith to be destroyed by the enemy. (John 21:15-17);  he also said to Simon, "and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren."  the question is, was not Simon converted when he was with Jesus Christ?  let us look deeply into this statement;  (i)  let us remember;  it is written,  "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you." (John 14:26);  therefore,  Jesus mention his conversion in reference to the Holy Ghost baptism, which was to come upon his disciples, to transform and empower them after his suffering, death and resurrection; and after the Holy Ghost transforms their lives; they are to encourage other believers to continue with the ministry of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior,(Acts 1:8);  after Simon Peter's conversion, he preached the gospel of repentance, baptism, remission of sins..... (Acts 2:38);  Simon, was also used mightily to convert unbelievers unto salvation and life everlasting.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved,  today we learn from this context, how to maintain our faith in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  let us beware that, if we believe in Jesus Christ, we qualify as candidates for trails and tribulations from Satan, to shake up our faiths, to move us against our believes in Jesus Christ with fear, doubts and discouragements;  however, no matter what is going on in our lives today; let us pray to be strengthen in the faith, to persevere, forbear and not backslide from the faith;  if we call upon Jesus Christ our advocate, he will plea to the Father on our behalves; and the enemy will be rebuked, we will be delivered from his hands forever and evermore.  Have faith in Jesus, Come unto him! Amen and amen!

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  ST. JOHN 15:18-19

(18)  If the world hate you,  ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
(19)  If ye were of the world,  the world would love his own:  but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world,  therefore the world hateh you.

(18)  If the world hate you,  ye know that it hated me before it hated you.  Brethren,  at times, we wonder why we are hated so much in this world?  in this context;  Jesus said, if we are hated by the world, it is because the world hated him first;  why would the world hate Jesus?  (i)  the world hated Jesus because of who he is, the Son of the true, righteous and living Father of all creation. (1 John 5:20);  (ii)  they hated him because he is the light of this world of darkness, darkness cannot prevail against light. (John 8:12);  (iii)  if we receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believe in him, have faith, walk in his righteousness, hope for his glorious second coming, we are children of light, not of darkness; (1 Thessalonians 5:5);  (iv)  if we are redeemed from world of darkness, all our iniquities purge away by blood of Jesus and we dwell in his marvelous light;  let us also walk as children of light, (Ephesians 5:8);  (v)  let us show fruits of the Spirit, show love, be good to one another, walk in godliness and be truthful in all our ways.  (Ephesians 5:9);  (vi)  if we are children of light and are in fellowship with the resurrection power of the Holy Spirit;  let us bear fruits of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance;  in opposition to these things, there is no law.  (Galatians 5:22-23);  (vii)  if we belong to Jesus Christ, and are his children of light, we are also crucified and resurrected with him. our old passions and desires are to be  done away with and we live by faith in his righteousness, (Galatians 2:20); therefore, if we dwell in lights, let us not have fellowship with works of darkness, but walk in Spirit, not be too proud of our appearances, abilities, and achievements, think we are better and successful than others, to cause them to feel like failures and resent one another, but be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. (Ephesians 4:2).

(19)  If ye were of the world,  the world would love his own:  but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world,  therefore the world hateh you.  Brethren,  if we are in the world of darkness, among the heathen, walking in perdition, doing what everybody does, the world will admire our waywardness and will love us as its own, everything we do will be proven as perfect by the heathen; however, (i)  since we are still in the world, but chosen out of darkness into marvelous lights of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, (1 Peter 2:9);  (ii)  because of who we are in Jesus Christ,  the world will hate us;  it is written,  "Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake." (Luke 6:22);  therefore, if we mind our own business, causing no harm to others, but enemies will take upon themselves to slander our names, gossip, mock, look for our faults to use them as evil news against us;  let us know that these things already happened to Jesus Christ and if we are walking in his light, not in world of darkness, enemies will hate us also for no apparent reasons, because they first hated him;  it is written, "The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil." (John 7:7);  therefore, brethren, when enemies hate us;  let us rejoice and know that we are in the light and not in darkness, and we are doing something right that is making our enemies to worry, gossip and mock about us; however, (i)  enemies are indirectly working for our Father to turn our mocking into everlasting blessings so we can laugh, rejoice, praise and glorify his Holy Name forever;  (ii)  enemies of Joseph, led him into his blessings as overseer of all things in the land of Egypt, (Genesis 41);  it is written,  "But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive."(Genesis 50:20);  therefore, let us not be downcast when it seems like our enemies are prevailing against us, but have faith in Jesus Christ, that in due times, he will prove us as children of lights, not of darkness of this world forevermore.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, today we learn that the world of darkness hates believers because we are in the light of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  let us not backslide from the faith because of evil works of our enemies, but stand firm and wait on Jesus Christ;  though it seems like he has forsaken us, he does  not forsake his own but is still with us in our troubles, working for us, not against us; to bring all things together for good;  therefore, come unto him all ye that labor and are heavy laden, there is rest in him, salvation, grace and life forever and evermore.  Amen and amen!

EL ELOHIM MINISTRIES: DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  ST. MARK 9:5-7

(5)  And Peter answered and said to Jesus,  Master, it is good for us to be here:  and let us make three tabernacles;  one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
(6)  For he wist not what to say; for they were sore afraid.
(7)  And there was a cloud that over-shadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud,  saying,  This is my beloved Son:  hear him.

THE TRANSFIGURATION:

(5)  And Peter answered and said to Jesus,  Master, it is good for us to be here:  and let us make three tabernacles;  one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.  Brethren,  during the last days of Jesus Christ ministry;  (i)  he took three of his disciples, Peter, James and John to a high mountain; and separated himself, and was transfigured before them;  (ii)  his raiment became shinning, exceeding white as snow that no bleach can white them;  (iii)  there appeared unto them Elias with Moses, and they talked with Jesus;  first of all, let us ask ourselves, why was Elias and Moses there to talked with Jesus?  (iv)  I believe that heaven is orderly; there is nothing going on earth that heaven have not known or proven of; for everything from creation to end of days are all scheduled in heavens book of records;  (v)  I believe that they came there to inform, encourage, strengthen Jesus Christ to get ready to end his mission by suffering for iniquities of men,  and will be crucified, die on the cross of Calvary but not to worry, for he will resurrect from the death after three days; that this phenomenon is the doorway to free humanity from all sins;  (vi)  I also believe that, that revelation was the reason why he told his disciples not to mention what they saw on the mountain until after his death and resurrection events are past away;  today, let us know that our Father is always thinking good thoughts about us, thoughts of peace, and not of evil to give us an expected end. (Jeremiah 29:11). for he gave his only Son Jesus Christ to save us from all iniquities, and grant salvation, grace and life everlasting to those who will believe in him;

The question is, who is Elias mentioned in this text?  (iv)  Elias, is Prophet Elijah of Old Testament books; he was a significant prophet who was taken away by the Chariots of fire and whirlwind into heaven, but he did not experience physical death;(2 Kings 2:11); he was the prophet who executed four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal at the brook Kishon, (1 King 18:40);  Elias presence at the mountain, represented the end of the old time area of prophecy, (2 Peter 1:21);  (v)  Moses, on the other hand represented the laws of the Old Testament books. (Exodus 34:28);  he was the servant who saw our Father face to face, talked and walked with him, to deliver his children from Pharaoh's bondage to Canaan, the promise land;  therefore, they both appeared unto Jesus on the mountain, symbolically as the end of former things, and the newer beginnings with the ministry of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

(6)  For he wist not what to say; for they were sore afraid.  Peter did not know what else to say to Jesus, about what they saw on the the mountain for they were afraid;  he broke his silence and said unto Jesus;  "it is good for us to be here, so let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias"; but Peter's suggestion was not possible, as they came down from the mountain, Jesus instructed them that they should not mentioned what things they have seen on the mountain, until after his death and resurrection. (Mark 9:9);  brethren, this is an example that the Lord reveals secrets. (Deuteronomy 29:29); though Jesus Christ, had twelve disciples, he took only three to the mountain to observed this phenomenon and to relate them to humanity after his death and resurrection.

(7)  And there was a cloud that over-shadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud,  saying, This is my beloved Son:  hear him.  Brethren, at the beginning of the ministry of Jesus Christ, when John baptized him in the river Jordan; it is written that;  (i)  "And lo a voice came from heaven, saying, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased!" (Matthew 3:17); our Father spoke from heaven to authenticate his Son Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior unto humanity; again, at the end of his mission on earth, on the mountain, there was a cloud that overshadowed them, and a voice came out to authenticate Jesus Christ, saying;  "This is my Son, whom I love.  Listen to him!"  brethren, the question is, what is the significance of our Father's authenticating Jesus Christ as his Son, at the beginning and end of his ministry?  we can see one common aspect between both proclamations;  it is our Father's greater love for his Son;  therefore, if we are joint heirs with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior in eternity;  today, let us be rest assured that we are loved greatly by our heavenly Father, he proclaimed his great love for us, when he sacrificed his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16). brethren, let us love one another, for love is of our Father; and everyone that love his neighbor, is a beloved child of our Father, and have recognized the nature of our Father. (1 John 4:7).  Amen and amen!

EL ELOHIM MINISTRIES: DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  PSALM 112:1-3

(1)  Praise ye the LORD.  Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
(2)  His seed shall be mighty upon earth:  the generation of the upright shall be blessed.
(3)  Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.

THE LORD WILL PROSPER US!

(1)  Praise ye the LORD.  Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.  Brethren,  (i)  let us give Praises, thanks and adoration to the LORD of hosts everyday;  for it is good to praise him for his goodness and mercies that endures forever and praise is comely.  (Psalm 147:1);  again, his goodness and mercies are renewed every morning, upon both believers and unbelievers the same:  currently, Jesus is not condemning anyone on earth; though there are millions of unbelievers on planet earth, they all partake of his mercies, and they are given several chances everyday to come unto Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior for salvation and eternity; before his second coming, when he will judge the whole world . (Acts 17:31);  (ii)  also, it important that humanity will fear the LORD;  in the past the LORD punished his children right away when they trespassed against him, with punishments of death and humanity feared him greatly, they knew that there were consequences to face when they disobeyed him;  however, today, though we are loved by him, saved from all our iniquities by the blood of Jesus Christ;  at times, we do not take his words seriously and disobey him, because, Jesus Christ, laid down his life once and for all to purchased our lives from immediate condemnations and death; we feel safe in the arms of Jesus Christ, and if we trespass against the LORD, Jesus is our advocate, sitting on right hand of the LORD, to plead for forgiveness on our behalves; when we believe in him, he covers us with his blood from the wrath of the LORD;  however, let our hearts tremble, reverence and worship the LORD of hosts in the beauty of his holiness forever.

(2)  His seed shall be mighty upon earth:  the generation of the upright shall be blessed.  Brethren, what is fear of the LORD?  to fear the LORD is, (i)  the beginning of wisdom......(Psalm 111:10);  (ii)  to be aware of his presence, sovereignty, dominion and give him respect as father of all creation, he is above all, and he is all; (Exodus 3:14);  (iii)  to hate evil; pride, arrogancy;  for it is written, the evil and the froward mouth, I do hate; said the LORD. (Proverbs 8:13);  (iv)  by humility and fear of the LORD are riches, and honour, and life.  (Proverbs 22:4);  (v)  if we fear the LORD, our children will multiply on earth, having great strength, power; and every generation, thereafter, that behaves in an honest way, having high moral standards will receive abundance of blessings from the LORD;  if that is the case,  let us compare works of this generation, to words of the LORD in this context;  are we on right paths to receive everlasting blessings from the LORD?  this is the ponder point for today?

(3)  Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.  Brethren, there are wealth on this planet, but the question is, are they wealth without worries from the LORD? for example, we buy worldly things to satisfy our lustful desires, to fit into societies, statuses, in our secular world; which are fake blessings from our own impulsive behaviors;  as a result, (i)  we worry ourselves on how to manage our pockets books without cash shortages;  (ii)  we work hard with no adequate rests, to maintain those statuses, to pay off debts incurred upon ourselves;  (iii)  we lack innermost peace, there are no contentment within our souls to enjoy our lives to the fullest; though we have all earthly possessions but we ignore those things, without enjoyments because we do not acquire those things really for enjoyments but to position ourselves as wealthy among our piers and so long as we fit in as important souls in the eyes of humanity, we are pleased outwardly;  however, in this context, it is written that if we fear the LORD, delight greatly in his commandments, we will inherit promises of the LORD; and covenanted blessings will be our portions forever; and not only blessings alone, but everyone that feareth the LORD;  is also counted worthy among genuine and excellent believers and will continue to exist for a very longtime.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, from today's lesson we learn that if we fear the LORD and delight in his words, we will receive his blessings; therefore, let us reverence him as the LORD of hosts;  give our hearts unto him with fear and trembling; believe in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior;  come unto him with our labors and heavy laden, let us not think about our past failures or sins, he is not judging anyone now; he cares about our souls; he is waiting to receive us into his arms of salvation, grace, peace and life everlasting.  Amen and Amen!
