DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  PROVERBS 25:21-22

(21)  If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink:
(22)  For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward thee.

BE GOOD TO YOUR ADVERSARIES

(21)  If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink:  Brethren, as believers in Jesus Chris our Lord and Savior;  let us show love and kindness to humanity:  (i)  we are not to hate any soul in our hearts; when issues arises among brethren, let us find ways to resolve them, not bear grudges and malice against one another, so we do not share in their blames and sinful behaviors;  (ii)  at times, we find it difficult to bear with one another, because of ethnicity and diversities backgrounds, and behavioral preferences that may be offensive in view of others;  when we offend one another, let us make peace, let go and let Jesus Christ take control of all situations; (iii)  let us not try to seek revenge or bear grudges and malice against one another, but pray about all offenses, surrender them all into hands of our heavenly Father, continue to show love in every negative situation with the love of our heavenly Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, live peaceably with all men;  (iv)  it is also godly on our parts, that we feed our enemies, when they are hungry; be kind to share whatever food we have available, so they faint not; if they are thirsty, let us give them water to drink; and pray that our heavenly Father will have mercy and bless them; for we are to love our enemies, bless them that curse us, do good to them that hate us, pray for them which maliciously use us and persecute us; and, it is godly on our parts as believers and followers of Jesus Christ to make sure that we do not pay back wrong for wrong, but always try to do what is good and rightful to each other and to other unbelievers all over planet earth.

(22)  For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward thee.  Brethren, if we do not repay evil for evil, but good for evil;  our heavenly Father will look upon our hearts, and our kindness towards others, put his favors upon our lives wherever we are on earth, grant us his goodness and mercies, heal our sickness, calamities, deliver us from persecutions and reproaches of our enemies; therefore, in whatever states we find ourselves, let us beware that eyes of our heavenly Father are upon the righteous, and his ears are open to their cry; he watches and waits to judge righteously between good and evil, to prevail against our enemies, so we can give glory to his holy name forevermore:  when we repay our enemies with good deeds rather than with evil deeds, we place them in positions of discomforts and guiltiness; for they will have to live being convicted by their own consciences for doing evil works against children of the most high LORD; for their consciences will bear witness and thoughts will also accuse them; when our heavenly Father will judge them for their evil doings through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; therefore, let us not take vengeance on our enemies, for it is written, "Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written,  Vengeance is mine;  I will repay, saith the Lord." (Romans 12:19); therefore, let us not allow morally wrong to conquer us, but gain victories over immoralities with goodness and mercies by the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ forevermore.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, let us love and care for one another; forgive one another's faults; support one another as one body in Jesus Christ; as believers who are called from darkness into marvelous lights, let us show mercies to others; for our heavenly Father is merciful and gracious; and Jesus cares about how we interact with others, believers or unbelievers the same; therefore, let us emulate his love for humanity that he offered himself as a sacrificial lamb, to be slaughtered on the cross, to take away sins of this world; and because of his love, we receive salvation, grace, hopes and life everlasting; therefore, let us love one another with love of our heavenly Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior forever and evermore.  Amen and Amen!
