DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  PROVERBS 3:5-6

(5)  Trust in the LORD with all thine heart;  and lean not unto thine own understanding.
(6)  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

TRUST ME, I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING!

Brethren, to trust in the LORD, is to have confidence in him, believe that he is reliable, good, honest and worthy of our reverences, praises and adoration.

In the above text, King Solomon is saying to humanity, (i)  Trust in the LORD with all thine heart;  as believers, in the faith of the righteousness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; though we are sure of our standings, know who we are in the body of Christ, try our best to honor words of our Father; at times when unexpected negative situations arises, we tremble, panic, overcome with fear, lose hope, have anxieties and became sorrowful; however, what we need to realized is, phenomenons do not happen to believers without the approvals of Jesus Christ; whether we receive good or bad news, they are in the will of our Father;  therefore, we ought to trust him with all our hearts; in our prayers assure him of our intentions to trust him, regardless of how things may turn out, we will still believe that he is in control and had conquered every mountain of difficulties, that we are waiting for its manifestations and deliverance from our negative situations; for, it is one thing to say we trust in our Father with words of our mouths, but are shaken, when our emotions has to solidified with trust, that is when we really feel deserted and forsaken by Jesus Christ, lose hope and fall away from the faith because of distrust in our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  whatever is going on today, let us continue to trust in the LORD!

However,  King Solomon is saying to humanity; (ii)  and lean not unto thine own understanding: why?;  because, many times, when negative situations arises in our lives, they arise for reasons unknown to human perspectives but may be wills of our Father; in human perspectives, negative circumstances are trouble waters, brought upon by the enemy, to cast us down deeply, to points where we cannot swim through those waters safely unto peaceful shores; however, in heavenly perspectives, believer's negative situations, may be hands of our Father, holding scissors, trimming, pruning our souls, to be perfect and walk uprightly before him; therefore, King Solomon said, "lean not on your own understanding";  if we pay more attention to passed storms and life experiences; we will see how far our Father had transformed our lives, unless we are not counting our blessings; as we go through one thing or another, whether those situations are from his hands or from hands of our enemies, as believers, he will pick us up from where we have fallen and reshape our lives, make us better than who we were before; for he is the porter, we are the clay, in his hands, if we are not perfect before him, he can decide to crush the clay in his hands again, redo, mold, shape his vessels, put them in the furnace of fire, burn them until they are refined; thereafter, bring them out as finish vessels for his glory; what do we have to say about this?;  nothing, absolutely nothing, but cooperate with the master builder that he knows what he doing, trust him, pray fervently, read his words and wait  patiently for him.

Case in point;  King Solomon went on to say that;  (a)  In all thy ways acknowledge him;  that is to say that we ought to accept and do not deny the truth or existence of our Father, his Son Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; but trust him with all our hearts, souls and bodies; that in all situations, we are certain that we are not forsaken; for, Jesus is in perfect control of our lives; therefore, we ought to thank our Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior everyday, regardless of how we feel in our situations, whether good or bad, there are reasons behind all occurrences in life; but only our Father knows about all things in his Sovereignty; therefore, let us be still and know that he is our Father, who dearly loves and cares about his children, he will never forsake them, but will help them in all situations, if they call upon him;  let us be thankful and appreciate him, do his will with perfect hearts and willingness of minds; praise his Holy Name forever; for we really have no understandings why things happen the way they do on this planet earth; however, Jesus Christ is in perfect control of all things in his jurisdiction, we dwell in his presence, he will set things in rightful perspectives at the appointed time by his grace, if we acknowledge him as Lord and Savior of this world;  (b)  and he shall direct thy paths;  if we allow Jesus Christ into our hearts as the Lord and Savior of our lives, trust him with all our undertakings, lean not on our own self efforts to accomplish anything in life, but lean completely on the Holy Spirit's guidance and inspirations, believe that he has already taken control of our lives and will not leave us alone, or allow us to fall away from him, but walk uprightly in his righteousness, all things shall be well with us by his grace forevermore.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, let us trust in our Father, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, do good unto others, so we may possess covenanted blessings; give our lives totally unto him, be restful, have peace, wait patiently for him: and not strive, worry or become agitated when things go wrong; if things go wrong in believers lives; they are meant to be rightful tools for glorification of our Father and by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, those things are already corrected into proper alignments with our Father's will; therefore, let us trust and believe in him forever and evermore.  Amen and Amen!

QUOTE OF DAY:

(KJV.)  Jeremiah 17:7-8;  Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
