MARK 11:22-24
(22) And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. (23) For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. (24) Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
COMMENTARY:
Brethren in the Lord, when we pray to GOD through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ: we need to believe on him who we pray to (GOD) and have faith in our prayers that we make unto him (GOD). For if we believe that what so ever we asked GOD in the name of Jesus, had already being granted to us; and have no doubt in our heart, then that which we requested for in our prayers shall be granted unto us.
* (John 15:7) If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Brethren, this is the assurance from Christ our savior, that if we believe on him (faith) and his word (scripture), all our heart desires presented to him in prayers shall be granted unto us.
CONCLUSION:
Brethren in the Lord, When we present our petitions before Christ; let us have faith. With faith, Jesus will take action on our behalf. He will petition the father (GOD) to speedily answer the prayers; and through prayers, he will fight all our battles. He will grant us victory; give us his blessing and protection.
* (Hebrews 11:6) But without faith it is impossible to please him; for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Therefore brethren in the Lord, believe in the Lord when you pray, he will surely answer! Amen and Amen!
