DEAL NOT TREACHEROUSLY ....

ISAIAH 33:1

Woe to thee that spoil est, and thou wast not spoiled and deal est treacherously, and they dealt not treacherously with thee! when thou shalt cease to spoil, thou shalt be spoiled; and when thou shalt make an end to deal treacherously, they shall deal treacherously with thee.

COMMENTARY:

Brethren in the Lord, Prophet Isaiah in this context is warning mankind that do evil deeds against one another to cease from doing evil.  When we do evil against another, we fail to realize that GOD is aware and will render punishment for our deeds. For example, when we deal treacherously: we  (a). slander each other behind their back, (b) lie to the boss at work against co-workers so we can get promotion, (c) falsify records in our friend computer at work so he/she could get fired, (d) reveal our best friend's secrets to his newly wed husband to cause confusion in the marriage, (e) gang against the deacon at church to bring him/her down, (f)  pray evil prayers to rebuke people blessings.    (Ecclesiastes 8:11) Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.  Brethren, GOD is aware of all these evil deeds and will deal treacherously with the evil doers.

Ezra 9:13, And after all that is, come upon us for our evil deeds, and for our great trespass, seeing that thou our GOD hast punished us less than our iniquities deserve, and hast given us such deliverance as this....   Brethren, if we change from our evil ways, Jesus Christ our Lord and savior will deliver us from hell's damnation.

CONCLUSION:

Brethren in the Lord, we all know that evil deeds are from the master of evil (the devil)  The satanic forces are desperate to win the war on salvation to their master (the devil); they will use anyone to accomplish this task and lure souls to hell.  Brethren, let us resist the devil and he will flee away from us; let us not deal treacherously with others but love one another as children of the most high GOD.
In everything we do, let us pray, and read the word of GOD (scriptures).  When we persevere in our relationship with Jesus, he will make us victorious over our enemies.

Jeremiah 25:5, They said, (the Prophets) Turn ye again now every one from his evil way, and from the evil of your doings, and dwell in the land that the Lord hath given unto you and to your fathers for ever and ever.    Amen and Amen!
