DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  JOHN 20:26-29

(26)  And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
27)  Then saith he to Thomas,  Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
(28)  And Thomas answered and said unto him,  My Lord and my God.
(29)  Jesus saith unto him,  Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

BE NOT FAITHLESS, BUT BELIEVING

Brethren, may the Peace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ abide with us all; though we believe in him as Lord and Savior and we live daily by his grace, protections and victories; at times, our faiths in his righteousness are not strong enough and can fail us when tested and doubts overwhelms our souls; however, when our faiths are being tested, let us believe in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, that he is able to work all things together for good to them that love God,..... (Romans 8:28); when we feel overwhelm with negative situations, we look for manifestations to believe that Jesus heard our prayers and look for ways to overcome our predicaments ourselves; however, when we pray, let us believe that he already taken control and overcame all situations by his death on the Cross of Calvary and we already have victories and trust in him to bring all things into fruition by his own will not ours; let us take necessary steps forward into his grace given freely for all to enjoy; for, it is always good to trust his will.

Points to ponder;  when Jesus allows troubles to come our ways, he already has solutions to them on when, how and what ways to work all things out for our own benefits; therefore, regardless of what may be going on negatively in our lives today,  let us have patience, pray, supplicate, read the scriptures, in it we will find all the answers of life situations; wisdom to understand our situations in life, knowledge to acquire the skills we need to take rightful footsteps to victory, understandings to judge our situations faithfully without any doubts but wait patiently upon the Lord and trust in him only; for they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; and they shall walk, and not faint..(Isaiah 39:31)

WORDS OF INSPIRATION:

Case in point, when Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior died and rose again from the death, he visited his disciples to show himself to them, but because Thomas Did-y-mus, was not among the disciples when Jesus came to empower them with the Holy Spirit to continue to with the ministry; later on, when Thomas was told what had happened, (i)  though, he was with Jesus throughout his ministry and heard him preach about his sufferings, death and resurrection; he doubted that Jesus actually rose up again from the death and did not believe his own peers that he did rose up again; today, what type of doubts or fears do we have lingering over our souls?  let us beware that Jesus, already taken control of all our emotional states of minds upon himself on the Cross of Calvary; let us also beware of  the voice of the enemy when he provokes us to fall into his traps and rebuke him away from us in Jesus Name forever;  (ii)  let us know that Jesus is always faithful and trust in him and his words; for he knows our thoughts, hear our utterances and continually proves himself that he is who he said he is in our lives and can do all things for us, if only we believe and trust in him; after Thomas walked in his doubtful mind for eight days, Jesus appeared again among them to prove his authenticity to Thomas as the one who suffered, died and rose again to redeem all humanity into life everlasting; he asked him to reach his fingers and touch his hands, sides and not be faithless but believing; now he believed that Jesus had actually risen from the dead; today, what proves are we seeking to believe that Jesus will cast away all negative situations from our lives and grant us newer lives full of grace, peace, joy and life everlasting?

Fruit of thoughts, (a)  Jesus said, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed:  today, what else can be done to humanity that Jesus had not already done so by his sufferings, death and resurrection; we just have to believe in the finish works of the cross and enjoy grace to the fullest and life everlasting;  let us not doubt his death on the cross but believe in him as Lord and Savior forever.  (b)  Jesus said, blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed; today, if we are in any negative situations, let us not try to lean on our own understandings, but believe in Jesus Christ whom we do not see with naked eyes that he sees our predicaments and will take absolute control and fix all things for good by his saving grace forevermore.

CONCLUSION:

Brethren, as believers, let us always pray to be strengthened in faiths through the righteousness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; for the enemy cannot pester believers, without permissions granted from Jesus Christ, and if Jesus allows the enemy to trouble our souls, there are may be unknown reasons why; therefore, if we are in any negative situations today; let us pray for spirits of discernment to know what to do in those situations and not doubt if things will ever work out but trust in Jesus to help us overcome by his death and resurrection; let us not be faithless, but believing in the finish works of the cross and know for sure that all things will work together for good by his saving grace forever and evermore.  Amen and Amen!

QUOTES OF THE DAY:
