(KJV.) I CORINTHIANS 5:7
(7) Purge out, therefore, the old leaven; that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ, our Passover is sacrificed for us.
CHRIST, OUR PASSOVER!
Grace be unto you! The times and seasons are in the hands of God; therefore, whether the man discerns his fate, what life entails or not; the time and tides wait for no man, the old proverb of St. Marher, therefore, as the times and seasons changes, we are maturing in years as well; though we can barely discern what is going on physically, spiritually, as the seasons changes, things are changing momentarily as well; a few weeks ago we were in the wintertime; it is springtime again this week; therefore, let us do away with winter stuff, clean up houses, closets, garages, hauling out the debris collected over the wintertime, unusable items to share with the needy, give aways to goodwill establishments, to make rooms for what we really need, the have to haves for spring and summer months; for, there is blessing in giving than receiving, cf. Acts 20:35; (ii) Also, as we live together in this world, we may collect some spiritual encumbrances along the way, which are detrimental to our spiritual growths, contaminates the habitations of the Holy Spirit; therefore, as we physically clean house, spiritually, let us purge the spiritual pieces of baggage, the ungodly associations of men, unforgiving, grudges, malice, hatred, prejudice, the filthiness, etc., purifying the heart, to allow peace the chance to reign supreme within us, that we may live peaceably with one another.
Beloved, Christ, is our Passover, by his death and resurrection, past, present and future sins are entirely forgiven; we are newer in him, enjoy free grace, salvation, and everlasting life; however, at times, our newer selves struggle against the old selves to maintain proper positions in Christ; therefore, if that is the case for anyone among us, I encouraged you, to strengthen in his might by reading the scriptures, pray for the power to overcome the challenges, you are an overcomer in Christ Jesus, victorious forevermore! Continue ye in Love! Peace and Love be unto you! Amen and Amen!
