DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  JAMES 5:7-9

(7)  Be patient therefore,  brethren, unto the coming of the Lord.  Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
(8)  Be ye also patient;  stablish your hearts:  for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
(9)  Grudge not one against another,  brethren, lest ye be condemned:  behold, the judge standeth before the door.

DON'T WORRY;  BE HAPPY!

Brethren, on the level of human perception, our Father moves too slow in answering prayers, as a result,  many times, we become very impatient, frustrated, have anxieties over unanswered prayers and promises of our Father; for we are anxious and eager to receive fulfilments sooner and cannot wait for appropriate times;  however, our Father is not a man that would lie, his words and promises are settled in heaven before he speaks them;  but, he fulfills his promises on his own timings, not on human physical time clocks;  therefore, if we have received promises of our Father, let us not worry ourselves over delay gratifications, but rather have faith in him and his words; though, his promises may tarry, they will surely come to pass, pray and remind him of his promises, sing songs of praises unto him,  give thanks to him and wait for appointed times of deliverances;  our Father is faithful and will surely fulfilled promises by the grace of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  case in point,  Abram received the promise of the birth of Isaac at ninety-nine years of age; let us ask ourselves, how can a person have a child at that age?;  it is impossible!;  however, to our Father all things are possible; Isaac was born to Abraham at hundred years of age, (Genesis 21:5);  therefore, when it comes to eternal promises, biological clocks does not matter, our Father is timeless and have no beginning or ending; what an amazing, everlasting Father!

In the above text, Apostle James encourages believers to have patience, wait upon the coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ;  he describes servants as farmers who are sowing seeds into the earthly soils by their good works;  in other words, James explains to them that to bear higher value fruits, as farmers, they ought to cultivate and fertilize their soils, water and sow their seeds, watch out for infectious diseases and predators, weed out invading grasses, have patience, wait for the dews of heaven and rainfalls to naturally nourish crops into maturities, to harvest precious fruits of the earth;   therefore, regardless of what our callings are in this world;  patience is one of the major attributes to succeed in the world of darkness; if we exercise patience during testings, trails and tribulations, we will overcome insurmountable mountains of difficulties; for our Father is a prevailing Father, who controls affairs of his creation; whether in the secular world or faith driven circles, he is in absolute control of all situations through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  our Father is faithful, his goodness, mercies and compassions never fails, but are renewed every morning;  he will surely answer our prayers and reward those who trust, believe and wait upon Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior for deliverances.

Therefore, in all our undertakings, let us exercise patience, wait if necessary and not lose our cool while in waiting rooms or not willing to wait at all;  which may lead to aimless march around dessert lands, but rather allow patience to have its way, that we may be and entirely furnished and perfect without flaws;  therefore, if we have put in efforts to serve our Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; our service to him are not in vain, regardless of what we do, if we do all things for him, he knows what we do or are doing, we do not have to go above and beyond to prove ourselves to him, but keep on serving him faithfully and wait for promises, rewards, earthly and eternal blessings by the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ forevermore.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, whether at work, home, church or with family and friends; let us exercise patience in dealing with matters of this world of darkness;  though we mature by faith, our maturities does not matter, if we lack fruits of patience to handle affairs of this life;  therefore, no matter what may be going on negatively in our world today, let us be patient, demonstrate how firm our hearts are in the faith of the righteousness of our Father, through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ;  let us not have animosities and ill feelings against one another, but forgive trespassers as our Father forgives our trespasses at all times, so that we do not fall into condemnations ourselves; for Jesus is the judge of humanity and he is not a respecter of any man, he is coming back again soon to judge the world, it could be now, today or tomorrow; let us know what we are doing, and be readily prepared for his second coming;  if we have not yet received him into our hearts as Lord and Savior, let us do so as quickly as possible; time is running out to come to him for salvation, grace, peace and eternal lives. Amen and Amen!

QUOTES OF THE DAY:

(KJV.)  1 Peter 4:7-8:  But the end of all things is at hand:  be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.  And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves:  for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
