DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  MATTHEW 18:2-4

(2)  And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,
(3)  And said,  Verily I say unto you,  Except ye be converted,  and become as little children,  ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
(4)  Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child,  the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

BE LOWLY, MEEK AND MODEST!

Brethren, where there is spirit of our Father, there is always strive among humanity; why?; because the enemy does not like where there is love and peacefulness; therefore, he devises evil, creates havoc, infiltrates thought processes of humanity, to strive against one another; whether, at home within family circles, workplaces in the secular world or in the faith of the righteousness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we find people striving against one another to get ahead, gain recognition, promotions and self gratification;  at the end of it all, we need to ask ourselves; what are we trying to prove in this world of darkness?;  Jesus already died on the cross, rose again from the tomb, given humanity the most life has to offer, salvation, free grace and eternal lives; what more can we asked for?;  this is a point to ponder on!

Jesus disciples, talked among themselves which of them should be the greatest; and one came to him, saying,  Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?;  Jesus said unto them,  (i)  Verily I say unto you,  Except ye be converted;  to convert is to change from one mindset or believe to another; as believers would say, from worldly mindset into kingdom mindset;  be transformed by renewing of our minds; Apostle Paul said, in the book of Roman 12:2;  And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.";  therefore, believers actions and behaviors, can portray to the world who they really are in the faith of the righteousness of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  therefore, if we are saved and are born again, let us bear fruits of the righteousness of our Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; be humble, not just readers and doers of his words alone, but also, be wise and gentle in the same manners;  (ii)  and become as little children; what do little children do?; little children adhere to words of their parents, possess spirits of humility, are submissive to elders, possess clear mindsets and pure hearts, does not hold grudges and malice, are eager to explore, learn newer things everyday;  therefore, to get closer to our Father, we have to be humble in the spirit, have mindsets as children of eternal kingdom, obey and reverence our Father in heaven, his Son Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; but still possess traits of adulthood with innermost wisdom, to turn away from ungodliness of this world of darkness, walk in faith in his righteousness into eternity; for without spirit of humbleness, believers, cannot enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Whenever believers humble ourselves as little children, with spirits of meekness; our Father delights himself in their lives, draws them closer unto him through his spirits, uses them for his purposes and fights against those who fight against them, protect their lives from the enemy;  case in point, Moses was very meek above all men, which were upon the face of the earth; when Aaron and Miriam spoke against him because he married an Ethiopian woman, our Father became furious called emergency meeting with Moses and his siblings, defended Moses and stroke Miriam with leprosy;  therefore, let us be careful not to judge other people, but leave all judgments to our Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  instead, let us accommodate one another with spirits of understandings, love and respect for one another, humble ourselves with meekness of hearts; for wherever we are or go to on earth, we are in the presence of our Father:  and Jesus said,  "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth." (Matthew 5:5);  therefore, if we are humble minded, we will take possession of the earth; for, we will not strive with one another, but will rather live peaceably with all men; and same ways, be significant souls with crown of glories in life everlasting.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, today's lesson is on humbleness and meekness of the spirit; there are certain qualities that our Father looks for in humanity; he does not look upon our physical structures or appearances; he knows and looks upon the hearts of all men, to see whose hearts are with him;  therefore, let show sober reflections before him, for, it is written in the book of Colossians 3;12-13; "Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also ye.: these are the attributes of a humble spirit;  as believers, let us follow these attributes of the Holy Spirit in the righteousness of our Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior forever and evermore.  Amen and Amen!
