DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  LUKE 10:18-20

(18)  And he said unto them,  I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
(19)  Behold,  I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
(20)  Notwithstanding in this rejoice not,  that the spirits are subject unto you;  but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

BE CAPABLE AND INFLUENTIAL!

Brethren, during the ministry of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, he appointed other seventy also, besides his twelve disciples, and send them in pair's before him into every place that he went, gave them supernatural empowers for his will; afterwards, they came back to him with joy and gave their reports that even the devils are subjects to them through his name;  as believers, we have a name above all names; let us declare and decree all things into existence in the name of Jesus Christ, for in his name, is power, victory, deliverance, protection, grace, blessing, promotion, peace, salvation and eternal life: there is no other name, that when mentioned can do all these things, believe in the Name of Jesus!

What was his reply to his disciples?;  Jesus said unto them, "I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.";  O ooh! here comes troubles!;  whenever we rejoice and are happy for good reasons, beware of the enemy of our souls!,  Satan, will get furious, rush down from his world of darkness come against our joy and happiness, to turn them into sorrows, destroy reasons why we rejoice into mourning; therefore, it is necessary that when we rejoice because of the goodness of our Father, to pray first, be in spirit, watch for him, if he shows up, rebuke him in the name of Jesus Christ; he will flee away; and testify of what our Father has done: for our testimonies are important; for it is written in book of Revelation 12:11; "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.". let us glorify our Father, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; for he is good and his mercies endures forevermore.

Again Jesus said unto them;  "Behold,  I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you.": at times, we forget what spiritual powers we receive, when we receive the resurrection power of the Holy Spirit into our inner most spirits, as a result we relax ourselves, forget to exercise our authorities over the enemy when he comes against our souls;  however, as believers, Jesus gave us his words; (i)  'Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospels to every creature;  therefore, we have to preach his words to all nations of the world, until his second comings to earth;  (ii)  He that believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned; therefore, when souls repent from sins, accept and believes in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, they are automatically saved, have salvation and eternal lives; however, it is necessary to complete the process with water baptism, symbolically, to cleanse away filthiness of souls;  if there is no water available for baptism right away to complete the process, souls are saved still by their professions and by the grace of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; however, souls who heard about Jesus Christ but refuse to accept him, will not enter into the kingdom of heaven;  (iii)  And these signs shall follow them that believe;  In my name shall they cast out devils;  they shall speak with new tongues;  therefore, we already have these powers within our innermost spirits, and we speak in tongues when the Holy Spirit comes upon our souls; let us utilize our powers over forces of darkness of this fallen world in the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  (iv)  They shall take up serpents and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; therefore, let not be afraid of terror of the enemy, he cannot overshadow the power the Holy Spirit within our innermost spirits, we are more than conquerors in the blood of Jesus Christ;  (v)  they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. (Mark 16:15-18);  therefore, each and every believer possess the power to rebuke the enemy, cast out demonic spirits, heal afflictions through the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  it is time to activate our spiritual powers over the enemy of our souls!

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, Jesus said unto his disciples,  Notwithstanding in this rejoice not,  that the spirits are subject unto you;  but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.; Jesus has given believers the Holy Spirit, which empowers and uses them mightily to do his will on earth for his glorification; therefore, when the Holy Spirit performs his duties and responsibilities through our mortal bodies, it is him, that does his will, not through our own self efforts; let us give our Father all the glory through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior for his miracles, signs and wonders; however, we ought to rejoice still that we are counted worthy to be used mightily for his glory and have eternal lives.  Amen and Amen!
