DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  1 JOHN 2:4-6

(4)  He that saith,  I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
(5)  But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected:  hereby know we that we are in him.
(6)  He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

THE POWER OF LOVE

Brethren, after we receive Jesus Christ into our hearts as Lord and Savior;  immediately, at points of receiving him, transformations of lives begins; the resurrection power of the Holy Spirit, works from within our innermost spirits, refurbishes our old selves, we become newer in spirits, restored to better spiritual conditions than former selves, old behaviors, mannerisms purged away forever: from the moment we receive him into our hearts, thereafter, the work of the Holy Spirit does not conclude in believers lives; matter of facts, his works in believers lives does come to fruition until we meet with Jesus Christ in his firmament of glory; even when we sleep in death, laid in caskets, in graveyards;  someday, when heavenly trumpets sound for second coming of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, with forceful powers, will resurrect believers from their graveyards, the same way, he resurrected Jesus Christ from his tomb and believers will meet with Jesus Christ in the firmament of glory, live with him forevermore.

The walk of faith, is an ongoing process, to reach perfection someday with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior in eternity; at certain points of the process to become more like him;  for knowingly or unknowingly, we take upon his attributes of meekness in spirits, lowliness in hearts, serviceable to others, have compassionate for the sufferings, do what it justifiable before him, pesevere through sufferings, forbear worldily, fleshly, spiritual contaminants, exercise faith in his righteousness and the hope of eternal glories:  also, to exemplify ourselves in Christ is an easy mannerism, but not as easy as anyone may assume; for it comes with sufferings, endurances, duties and responsibilities; and though have been called into service, regardless of what our callings are, where we function or live in this world; biblically, callings are crosses believers bear to follow Jesus Christ;  therefore, let us do the best of whatever we have to do for him, in humility, respectful of authorities, those Jesus Christ placed as overseers of his purposes and of course, fellow brethren, co-workers, family and friendship circles, be happy with what we do for Jesus Christ, never compare, contrast or think of ourselves as failures, we are exactly what Jesus wants us to be in this world, there are no failures in heaven our final destinations, every soul is unique in the eyes of Jesus Christ;  therefore, let us not worry ourselves for what people think of who we are, or what we do for Jesus Christ, so long as we do what we were designed to do on earth, acceptably to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, receive earthly and heavenly blessings forevermore.

Therefore, if we know who Jesus Christ is, claim to be his believers, and does not keep his words, we deceive ourselves, are not true believers; those who walk in rightousness, maintain his words, exercise his statutes, follow through with his will and purposes for his glorification on earth;  case in point, Jesus preached about Love, refer to Matthew 22:3640;  if we keep his words, there will be no warfares, backstabbings, gossipings, enviousness, murderings, robberies, adulteries, lyings, covetousness, etc.,  against one another; rather we will care, uplift, look out, encourage, help one another, as one family on earth, dwell peaceably with all men;  it is not too late, to practice what we preach to others, however, we cannot do it all alone, but we can endeavor to start somewhere, from today; let us not view ourselves as competitors striving to attain self interests, rather a body built as a habitation for all souls, with one Father, one spirit, and one Shepherd, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; we are in him, let us do what he does, love one another as ourselves, that ways, chains of love will be solidified in our heavenly Father of love.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, this weekend, the world set aside a day to honor mothers, why?, because we have to go above, beyond, extend our love and appreciations to our mothers, whether our mothers are alive or sleep in death, let us show love, appreciate who they are in this world, even a phone call, if possible could cheer a distance mother up, put smiles on their faces;  therefore, let us show that we care about them, what our Father did through their souls, to give lives into our souls, reach out and touch mothers with the love of our Father, through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior forever and evermore.  Amen and Amen!

QUOTE OF THE DAY:

(KJV.)  St. John 14:23  Jesus answered and said unto him,  If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
