DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  DANIEL 4:27

(27)  Wherefore,  O king,  let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquility.

PEACE BE STILL!

Brethren, in a not shell; during the reign of the prideful King Nebuchadnezzar, our Father decided to teach him a lesson on humility; therefore, he showed him a dream, that he could not understand; and no one in his dominion could interpret the dream, but our Father gave Daniel his servant the meaning of the dream;  our Father used the dream as a two edged sword for his own purposes;  (i) our Father used the dream interpretation as a platform to exonerate his servant Daniel into higher position of authority in the kingdom of Nebuchadnezzar;  case in point, our Father showed the King a dream, that no one else could understand or interpret, gave his servant Daniel, understanding and interpretation of the dream, that the King may know to give all glory to him alone, when no one could reveal secrets of the dream but only his godly servants could do so;  (ii) our Father, revealed secrets of the dream to his servant Daniel, gave him the interpretation in other for the King to know that he was the giver and interpreter of the dream, and honor his words and humble himself before him;  again, (iii)  our Father gave the king, the dream of what he intended to do to him, because of his meanness to his servants, his prideful, arrogance attributes, claiming glory that belongs to him alone.

Fruits of thoughts, after Daniel gave the King interpretation of the dream; he also advised him saying; (a)  let my counsel be acceptable unto thee;  as believers, at times, when we are at crossroads in life, we tend seek counsels from others;  however, if we need to seek counsel from others or to be counselled by others;  let us be careful, make sure that our counselors are godly men and women of faith, who are oracles of our Father, not from soothsayers, fortune tellers and evil surmising spirits working for the enemy, to derail people in the righteousness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ;  (b)  and break of thy sins by righteousness;  in this generation, we dare not talk about sin, for we believe that all our sins are forgiven, by suffering, death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ;  yes!  that is absolutely correct;  however, if we are redeemed, let us walk in righteousness, so we can inherent the promises of our Father to dwell in heavenly places with Jesus Christ forevermore; for, gates of Hades is open for those who refuse to repent, accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and walk in ungodliness;  (c)  and thy iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor;  we talk about taking care of the poor and needy, at all times;  whenever, we do these kind gestures, we do them for our Father and for our own selves;  for it is written, "Cast thy bread upon the waters; for thou shall find it after many days."(Eccl. 11:1);  therefore, as believers, let us show mercy on others, for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, will also shew mercy upon us and our family members; for his mercies endures forever;  and it is written in book of Acts 20:35;  "I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said,  It is more blessed to give than to receive.";  are we sharing our blessings with the poor yet?

Brethren, at times, directly or indirectly, by our actions and behaviors, we hinder our peace on this earth;  Daniel interpreted the dream to King Nebuchadnezzar, and advised him to humble himself to overcome the wrath of our Father, however, after twelve months, the King forgot the advise Daniel gave him;  he opened up his mouth and spoke with prideful and arrogance connotations; saying "Is not this great Babylon, that I have build for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty?"  however, while the word was in his mouth, a voice spoke from heaven, saying, ...The kingdom is departed from thee." (Daniel 4:30-31);  King Nebuchadnezzar's dilemma was pronounced upon him; he was driven from men, to dwell with the beast of the field: to eat grass as oxen, for seven years, until he learns his lesson that the most High Father rules in the kingdom of men, and gives dominion to whomsoever he will.

Brethren, let us not place ourselves as stumbling blocks on other peoples ways, for they maybe in our Father's authorities on earth for his own purposes, but rather allow God to be God; for he is in control of his creation and can do whatever he pleases;  for, at the same hour when heaven spoke, the King's dream was fulfilled, he became a beast, was driven out from men;  however, our Father was still merciful to him, and restored him back unto the throne, after his punishment was over in seven years;  what a terrible lesson to learn;  let us be careful; for, it is written, "It is fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God."(Hebrew 10:31);  when we receive our Father's blessings, let us know that all things came from him, not from our own human efforts, and we receive them by his grace, for his purposes on earth; and give him all glory due to him forevermore;  (v)  also, let us be careful what we say or do with our blessings,  for his eyes are watching our behaviors, he ears are open to our utterances; therefore, let us worship, praise and adore him at all times, and know that he is our Father the giver and doer of all things;  let us move away from prideful and arrogance behaviors, but show humility, walk in righteousness into life everlasting;  may our Father's mercies never depart from our lives forevermore.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, Jesus Christ died on the cross, to redeem humanity from all sins, grant salvation and eternity to those who believe in him as Lord and Savior; today, if we are in any kind of storm, let us have enormous faith, trust in him, know that in due times, he will rebuke our storms and grant us peace everlasting; while we are still in the storm, let us pray without ceasing, call upon his Holy Name; with Jesus nothing is impossible, let us come unto him with all fears, worries and anxieties and receive peace forever and evermore.  Amen and Amen!

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  JOHN 10:10

(10)  The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:  I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

WHO CAN DO THIS?

Brethren,  when the enemy was thrown down to earth from the firmament of glory, he came down suddenly, as lightening, as an armed robber to launch attacks on humanity;  therefore, (i)  let us not be ignorant of his mission, but be watchful of his devises, craftiness, lies and deceit to take away our blessings and lead us into eternal damnation, to take away our peace and joy everlasting in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  (ii)  let us not be weary but be watchful of our possessions, gifts, talents and territories, by wearing the whole amour of our Father, bearing swords of the spirit, that we can stand firmly against his traps, fight for what is rightfully ours through the suffering, death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and by his grace;  the devil is a liar!  (iii)  also, let us be aware that the enemy does not love anyone, but himself alone;  for, he torments his own demons when they disobey his orders, how much more saved, believing souls; therefore, he is at war with humanity from generations to generations, he roams around with his vengeance of fury looking for whom to devour,  because, firstly, he lost the battle against our Father in heaven and would like to take vengeance on earth to destroy his creation;  but Jesus will not allow him to do so; so the battle continues on earth til this day;  secondly, he became envious of our birthrights; for, our Father made humanity a little lower than the angels, and crown them with glories and honors, gave them dominions over the works of his hands and put all things under their feet: (Psalm 8:4-6);  so, the enemy wars with humanity to take back what he claims to be his birthright, to make humanity submissive to his evil authority;  but as believers, we are already joint heirs with Jesus Christ in life everlasting; and Jesus never condemns any soul here on earth, but desires to save all souls into eternity;  therefore, let us not allow him to rule over our lives, but rather be careful not to backslide into his craftiness to lure humanity into ungodliness;  (iv)  the enemy comes, to do away with lives in any kinds of ways; to render human lives ineffective in their god given gifts and talents;  therefore, let us always include Jesus Christ, in whatever choices we make in life, supplicate to him about all matters, allow him to lead us not into temptations but deliver us from all evil devises of the enemy, so we walk in righteousness into life everlasting.

Brethren, Jesus did not come as a thief of the night; his assignment on earth was predetermined, seers from generations before his birth, prophesied about his coming to save the world;  therefore, he came and redeemed souls from bondage of iniquities, grant salvation, grace and life everlasting to all those who believe in him as Lord and Savior of the world;  not only that but he is our advocate sitting on right hand of our Father, pleading on our behalves when we sin against him; for no one is righteous, no not one. (Romans 3:10);  today, Jesus is working through believing souls, to bring lost souls into salvation and eternity;  therefore, let us take up our crosses and follow him forevermore.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, let us guard the windows and doors of our salvation, and beware of the thief, his armed robbers;  it is written;  "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour."; (1 Peter 5:8);  therefore, let us not fall preys to him but rather continue in prayers, be watchful, read the scriptures, be thankful, glorify our Father, through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior forever and evermore.  Jesus is our savior, there is no condemnation in him!  Amen and Amen!

DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  ISAIAH 41:9-11

(9)   Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee,  Thou art my servant;  I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away.
(10)  Fear thou not;  for I am with thee:  be not dismayed;  for I am thy God;  I will strengthen thee;  yea,  I will help thee;  yea,  I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
(11)  Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.

FEAR THOU NOT,  JESUS IS WITH YOU!

Brethren, today's text basically refers to the children of Israel, Abraham descendants; however, as believers of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, we are also partakers of the same covenant through his death and resurrection;  our Father said, in other words, we have been called out of darkness into his marvelous lights, to serve him;  therefore, if he chose us, then he will not remove us out of his sight; regardless, of our characters and misbehavior, he will not refuse us from coming unto him; however, if we trespass against him,  he will discipline us, to bring us back in alignments with his righteousness, to transform our lives into images of his Son;  for it is written, "For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth."(Proverbs 3:2).

Case in point, when Lucifer rebelled against our Father in heaven, and was cast down to earth with his demonic angels; (Isaiah 14:12);  regardless, of his rebellious actions, our Father loves him still, but punished him by casting him away from heaven onto earth;  however, he did not cast him away completely from his presence;  Lucifer referred to as Satan, still goes to present himself before our Father in the Holy of the Hollies in heaven, to reverence, have discussions with him. (Job chapter 1 and 2);  our Father never cast his own children away from him, it is our sins that separates us from his love;  therefore, let us not be afraid, worry, have anxieties or be discouraged when bad things happen to us, but persevere in faith with spirits of forbearance, in his righteousness; for our Father is always on our sides, and will never leave us alone in troubles; but will strengthen our souls with his mighty hands of protections, and provide necessities to satisfy our needs in times of difficulties, and he will defend, fight against our opponents with his prevailing right hand of justice forevermore.

Brethren, if we believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, walk in faith, in his righteousness; watch out people!  The LORD will fight our battles, all who enrage against us will surely be disgraced and thrown into confusion; and those who oppose us will be as nothing and will perish;  therefore, let us not worry about our enemies, but focus our minds on doing the will of our Father, who called us out of darkness into his marvelous lights; love and care for one another as ourselves, leave all battles in our Father's hands, trust him with all our hearts, souls and bodies;  for,  the LORD is good, and his mercies are sure and everlasting.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved,   in today's text, our Father assures us, that no weapon formed against us will prosper and every tongue that will rise up against us in judgment, we will condemn.  This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and our righteousness is of him;  therefore, fear thou not! Jesus is with us, no matter how broken down our lives maybe currently, let us not worry ourselves, there is restoration in Jesus; he is in the process of working all things together again with multiple blessings, by his hand of righteousness and free grace, salvation and life everlasting.  Amen and Amen!
