(KJV.) GALATIANS 5:13-16
(13) For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
(14) For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
(15) But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another:
(16) This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
THE PURPOSEFUL HEART
Brethren, Jesus Christ paid the price with his blood, to redeem souls from the bondage of iniquities; not only that but, he also grants freedom and life everlasting to those who will accept him as Lord and Savior; what Apostle Paul is saying to believers in the above text is; if we have been set free from the grids of iniquities, granted salvation, free grace, and life everlasting; it is because of the loving grace of our Father; therefore, we ought to do likewise, serve and love one another as ourselves.
Case in point, from the creation of the world, everything our Father did through his son Jesus Christ was to benefit humanity: after he created all things of the world, he also made a man have dominion over his creation, to enjoy, be fruitful and multiply, replenish the whole earth , that many can partake of his blessings. Genesis 1; he did all these things out of his love for humanity; therefore, let us share our blessings with others, emulate the love of our Father, shine his lights of love through our givings; the same way he loves us, gave his only begotten Son to die on the cross, shed his sacred blood to pay for sins he did not commit; therefore, with the season of givings around the corner, let us think about love, show love to people in needy situations.
Jesus Christ loves us, even when we trespass against our Father, he advocates the Father for our sins; the Father does not look upon our sins whenever Jesus advocates on our behalves, but he looks upon his blood, and forgives our sins, over and over again; his love never fails; therefore, if we receive his agape love, goodness, unmerited mercies, and favors; why don't we offer the same kindness to our fellow brothers and sisters? what would be the cause to hate one another, when Jesus Christ who paid the price for our sins does not hate anyone but envelopes us with his love without end? even he cares about unbelievers, who do not recognize him as Lord and Saviour whenever they call upon his Holy Name in trouble times, his bowels yearns, reaches out to them, bids them come to him for salvation, grace, and eternal lives.
Therefore, regardless of how we may feel about offensive behaviors of others; let us remember, we were sinners ourselves, though saved by grace, knowingly or unknowingly we sin against our Father many times; if he forgives our sins and remembers them no more, cf. Hebrew 8:12: then we ought to forgive one another offensive behaviors, and remember them no more. Peter asked Jesus a question, "Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus said unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven."; wahoo! that is lots of times to forgive one another; therefore, regardless of how many times others have offended us, let us remember what Jesus said to Peter, forgive them, seventy times seven times, not only that but forget the offenses as well, clear our minds, hearts of all filthiness, contaminants of the spirits, resentments, grudges and malice; grieve not the Holy Spirit, set emotions free from infiltration spirits, have good health, peace, joy, happiness and live longer years.
However, if we continue to hold on to offenses, remember, we overburden our hearts with darkness, deem the lights of Jesus Christ within our innermost spirits, darkens our dreams, visions, and cannot discern revelations from the Spirits; remember, where there is no vision, the people perish, ........cf. Proverbs 29:18: and believer's lives are guided by Jesus Christ through revelations, therefore, let us refrain ourselves from things that clouds, overshadows the spiritual tough lights, visions and dreams, purge our hearts from all encumbrances, that we may hear from our Father, discern our pathways in darkness of this world: also, let us beware that believers are in a battle with world of darkness every day; therefore, be spiritual, put on the whole armor of our Father, that when trouble comes to our ways, we may be able to stand against the temptations of the enemy: cf. Ephesians 6:11; rebuke him, and he will flee away in Jesus Name. believers are more than conquerors, stand strong in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior: love one another as ourselves. Amen and Amen!
QUOTE OF THE DAY:
(KJV.) I Corinthians 8:9 But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumbling block to them that are weak.
