(KJV.) HEBREWS 12:6
(6) For WHOM THE LORD LOVETH HE CHASTENETH, AND SCOURGETH EVERY SON WHOM HE RECEIVETH.
JESUS LOVES YOU AND ME!
Grace be unto you! The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and plenteous in mercy. cf. Psalm 103:8; therefore, we have a compassionate heavenly father who bowels yearns upon us, no matter how disobedience at times we may be to him if we realize our waywardness, turn back from going astray from under him, cry out to him in the name of Jesus, our transgressions are completely forgiven through the blood grace of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
Check this out! As the earthly father loves, punishes or disciplines his wayward children, so our heavenly father does, if he loves and cares about us, whenever we walk in disobedience to his words after repeated reproves to correct us, he chastens his children to bring them closer unto him; therefore, whenever we receive his chastenings, it is not because he desires to punish his children, but it is because he loves his children, and would not want any of his children to walk in ungodliness, justify ourselves with the purposeful blood of Jesus, at the end of our lives end up in eternal damnation, instead of eternal life.
Beloved, though, the blood of Jesus paid for our past, present and future sins, if we continue to indulge in a certain behavior which is contrary to the Holy Spirit, though we may be saved, there are angels on duty to correct our souls that we continue to be loved by Jesus Christ; therefore, when being chastened whether, with words of mouth or spiritually spanked by holy angels; it's for our own good, for Jesus loves you and me! Peace and Love be unto you all! Amen and Amen!

(KJV.) Proverbs 13:24 He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.
