(KJV.) 1 CORINTHIANS 2:12
(12) Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
RECIEVE YE THE BLESSINGS!
Brethren, God is the source of our blessings, the giver of all things; all blessings are given from above, according to the dictates of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; to receive blessings from the throne of grace, there ought to be a true spiritual connection to the spirit of God; which is the resurrection power of the Holy Spirit: through visions and dreams, we receive his blessings; the thing is, one has to interact with Jesus Christ through the light of his spirit, in other to receive from him; if we have the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit and dwell in Jesus Christ, we certainly can receive his blessings to manifest on earth, it is all done through the spirits; if we can perceive it, receive it, it is yours.
Don't get me wrong, the enemy blesses souls as well; remember what Satan told Jesus Christ on the exceeding high mountain when he showed him all the kingdom of the world and its glory?; read. Matthew 4:9-10; therefore, let us not rule out the fact that some blessings come from him, when he blesses a soul, there is always a clause to the blessings; for example "if you do this, I will do this for you!"; trust me, his blessings are with sorrows, it is only the blessings of Jesus Christ, that has no sorrows at all; the fact is, Jesus does not put any clauses on souls before he blesses them, it is his prerogative, not ours, there are no negotiations to his blessings; we just have to seek him first the kingdom of God, walk in his righteousness, all the blessings are ours, if we can perceive the blessings by his spirits, receive, believe, enjoy; therefore, let us nourish the indwelling spirit of Jesus Christ, by prayer and reading of his word, at times, with fasting to purge away the filthiness from the spirits, that we may perceive the things of the spirits, receive our free blessings and enjoy on earth.
Saints, let us sharpen our mirrors, to see our blessings; Jesus Christ is discharging blessings to believers momentarily if we can't discern through the spirits, that we have been freely blessed by him; the question is, how can we receive and enjoy those blessings? let us assume that Jesus Christ gave us some blessings through the spirits, but we are unaware of its existence to enjoy; what shall we do? let us pray for our eyes to enlighten, discern, receive and enjoy the blessings, never leave the blessings of Jesus Christ stagnant in the realms of the spirits, for they are for us to keep: and guess what? the gifts and callings of Jesus Christ, are without repentance but are forever. Receive ye the blessings of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior! Peace be unto you! Amen and Amen!
