DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free. ~Ephesians 6:8~ KJV she:

(KJV.)  PROVERBS 3:27-29

(27)  Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.
(28)  Say not unto thy neighbor,  Go, and come again, and tomorrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee.
(29)  Devise not evil against thy neighbor, seeing he dwelleth securely by thee.

GOOD LORD!

Brethren, we are in the advent month, believers over the world are in expectations to welcome our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ once again into the world;  while we are preparing for his arrival, let us ask ourselves the following questions;  (i)  what are we really preparing for?  (ii)  are we preparing to delight in ourselves, one another, or delight in his coming to save the world?  (iii)  what do we need to focus on, besides the shopping list and sight-seeings?  let us think deeply about these questions, prioritize on what really matters, which is the love of our Father that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him, should not perish but have everlasting life: cf. John 3:16;  salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; worship, praise and thank him for his goodness mercies that endure forever.

In this advent, people either already decorated or are decorating their homes, shopping around the stores for gifts of love, trampling, hustling and bustling against one another to lay hands on the right gifts;  the poor, who cannot afford to do the extras, view with anticipations, that someday, they will be in similar positions to do likewise;  funny, isn't it! but that is what normally happens this time of the year;  therefore, as believers, what Jesus Christ really requires of you and me, is to consider the poor and needy, homeless, orphans, elder widows and widowers;  therefore, it will be kindly on our parts, if we go above and beyond our means, add one more gift unto our giving list this year with no one in mind but to give out to someone who cannot afford to buy themselves any type of gift, this is what Jesus Christ will do!  he step down from his throne of grace, gave himself as a gift of love, shed his blood on the cross, to redeem souls from bondage of iniquities, turn around and offer free grace, to those who will come, receive him into their hearts as Lord and Savior, have salvation and eternal lives;  therefore, let us exemplify ourselves in him, shine his lights of love throughout the world, be kind to one another, tenderheartedly, endeavor to surprise someone, who is excluded from circles of love, and make someone happy on Chrismas day!
.
Today, if we are blessed by Jesus Christ, let us reach out and bless others, never hold back what we have received by grace, while we watch others suffer for necessities, do goodwill, for it is our Father who does his works from within our spirits, to will and does his good pleasures among his children; therefore, let us be instruments of good pleasures to others in this holiday season, and forever and evermore.  Amen and Amen!

QUOTE OF THE DAY:

(KJV.)  Galatians 6:10  As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
