PSALM 128:1-4
(1) Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.
(2) For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
(3) Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.
(4) Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.
WORDS OF INSPIRATION:
Brethren in Christ, in the above context, the psalmist detail information regarding the promise of blessings from our LORD, to those who fear him and walk in his ways: His assurances are: (a) we shall be blessed, (b) we shall eat the fruit of our labor, (c) we shall be happy, (d) and it shall be well with us; but to receive these blessing; (1) we need to acknowledge him as Almighty God, creator of heaven and earth: (2) we need obey his commandments: (3) we need to worship him: (4) we need to pray through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ:: (5) we need to read his word daily: when we practice these godly attributes, the Holy Spirit will plant the fear of God in our hearts, and we shall be blessed by the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ forever and ever. Amen and Amen!
VERSE OF THE DAY:
(PSALM 34:9) O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.
