(KJV.) I THESSALONIANS 5:24
(24) Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.
THE CALL OF CHRIST!
The call of Christ continues; therefore, if you hear his voice calling you to come unto him, do not hesitate to answer him; for there is always an intended purpose of God, unrevealed until you fully yield yourself unto him.
To follow Christ is more than just answering a call; the moment you said "yes" to him, the enemy of righteousness also heard you, and will come out with his arsenals to hinder you, from stepping into the will of Jesus for your life; however, the most amazing aspect of the battle is, you are not alone in the fight, Jesus is right by your side on the battlefield, sending the fiery darts back to the sender, comforting, strengthening your spirits to wither the storms, healing your wounded scars, grants you the victory over the destroyer, declare you an overcomer; therefore, if you have been called to follow Christ, I encourage you to answer him; trust him with your life, he is the right way to salvation, free grace, hope, peace and eternal life.
Many times, the sufferings that you may experience in your tails turns out to be the same tools for pruning the negative aspects of you; in other to incorporate the attributes of righteousness, that at the end of your trimming process, you become a powerful instrument for Christ, to exemplify his attributes, bring others along the path of salvation and righteousness; therefore, if you are in the will of Christ, yet suffering, be encouraged, what is going on with you cannot terminate your life, it is just a temporary process to make you a better person for the master's use; pray fervently, read the scriptures, strengthen yourself in him; turn away from the past behaviors, associations of evil works, and embrace his new beginnings for your life.
Beloved, many are called, but few are chosen, cf. Matthew 22:14; assumable, Jesus called you to follow and do his will; you said "yes" to him; what is the next thing to do? my advice to you is, seek his face to find out the motive of service; at times, he will not reveal his purpose for your life until you fully surrender to him; therefore, if you got a call to serve Jesus, do not turn deaf ears on him, you are worthy in his perception that is the reason why he called you; trust him with all your heart, stand firmly in his promises, what he proposes to do through you will come to fruition at the appropriate time; for, he is faithful to his words.
Continue ye in Love! Jesus is coming back again soon! Peace and Love be unto you! Amen and Amen!
