DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  1 PETER 4:1-2

(1)  Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind:  for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;
(2)  That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

DEAD BUT STILL ALIVE!

Brethren, when believers receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and get baptized in the faith of his righteousness, they receive baptism into his sufferings, death and burial as well, that when he resurrected from the dead by the glory of our Father, they will have newer lives, resist sin, walk in his righteousness into life everlasting.

In essence, if believers are buried together with Jesus Christ, the same ways that he suffered, died, buried and resurrection from in the tomb;  then, let us have the same mindsets, know that sufferings for righteousness sakes are not in vain, and there are appropriate times for resurrection;  for Jesus was buried in the tomb after death on the cross, but he did not resurrect the next day, he stayed in the pit of destruction for three days, did the will of our Father, he preached the kingdom message to souls in captivity, set them free from shackles of destruction before he rose again triumphantly from the tomb;  therefore, whenever believers are in sufferings, knowingly or unknowingly, our Father is working to refine their souls with fires, to be useful vessels of his glory, teaches them his attributes of love, goodness and mercies, compassionates and longsuffering,  justices and judgments; grants them the wisdom to comport themselves as servants of his righteousness, know how to interact with souls and resist pathways of ungodliness in the world of darkness: therefore, when in sufferings, let us not rebuke to cast away our predicaments and delay their own destines; whether sufferings was brought upon our lives by the enemy or was set up by heaven as tools to refine our souls for works of our Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  regardless, our Father and Jesus Christ knows about them;  therefore, when in sufferings, let us pray fervently, allow the will of our Father be done completely in our lives, and have his peace and blessings forevermore;  however, not all believers suffer the same way; but many believers do; therefore, if we find ourselves in sufferings, but do not have ideas on what is going on, or how we get ourselves in negative situations; let us not rebuke, resist hands of our Father; but rather surrender our souls into his hands, go through the process, our Father is in control, trust and believe him; we are more than conquerors by death and resurrection of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior forevermore.

Therefore, if Jesus Christ's suffering was for believers to have newer lives, then, moments which we receive him into our hearts as Lord and Savior, our old sinful natures are purged away completely with him; our sinful behaviors are neutralized, damaged beyond restorations, that, thereafter, we no longer possess sinful attributes and walk in darkness of this world; therefore, let us avoid complains when in sufferings, in other for the will of our Father to manifest completely in our lives; but rather pray without ceasing, praise, give thanks to our Father, wait upon Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; after we have suffered awhile, he will resurrect our souls back to life, the same  way he rose again from the dead with greater glories, to be useful instruments, shine his glories throughout the world of darkness, enlighten pathways of lost souls out of darkness into his marvellous lights;  therefore, there is hope for believers who suffer for righteousness sakes; hang in there!;  all is not lost, have patience, continue to pray, do his will despite all odds, trust and believe in him, for, our Father does not forgot his servants in pits of darkness; but resurrects their souls back into his will, pacifies them with multiple blessings for his glory forevermore.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, as we suffer for righteousness sakes, so did Jesus Christ suffered to redeem our souls from bondage of iniquities; regardless of how we suffer, sufferings are good tools for our salvation; through sufferings, we transforms from sinful attributes into attributes of godliness, that we come forth, refined entirely, without desires to walk in ungodliness, but walk in obedience to our Father with exemplified attributes of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior forever and evermore.  Amen and Amen!

QUOTE OF THE DAY:
