Inspirational Quotes I Love! #inspirational #New_Year #quotes:

(KJV.)  EPHESIANS 5:18-21

(18)  And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess;  but be filled with the Spirit;
(19)  Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
(20)  Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
(21)  Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

Brethren, let us give thanks to our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; for his goodness and mercies  that are renewed every morning forevermore.

This year is running out, we are a day away from entering a brand new year; no one knows exactly contents of year 2016;  but, only our Father in heaven knows what he has in store for his children; therefore, while we rejoice and make merry in anticipation for the arrival of the New Year;  let us not forget to give thanks to our Father, praise, give him all the glory, for his faithfulness, goodness and mercies that endures forever; his victories, protections, healings, promotions, comforts, peace and blessings;  when we show appreciation for what he has done; our Father is delighted and do more for his children:  it is alright to party, make merry to usher in the New Year;  however, many people, take delight in going above and beyond to drink alcohol, there is nothing wrong in drinking alcohol; however, let us do all things in moderation, behave ourselves as saved and sanctified believers, be conscious of the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit and behave ourselves wisely.

Apostle Paul said in the above text,  (i)  And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;  in other words, we may drink wine, but not to drink beyond our physical and mental capabilities, that our will and emotions enter into states of confusion, torment and self destruction; for wine is a mocker, cool, calm and collected, red or white while in the cup; it's colors appeals to eyes of men; but it is a strong drink that rages in the stomach, obstructs emotions and physicalities; therefore, let us not get deceived by the beauty of the wine in a glass or temptations of the enemy of our souls, to just have a cup, which may turned our taste boughs on, to have another cup, then another, til we get drunk, carried away with torments within our souls;  the devil is a liar!; let's watch out for him. rather, Apostle Paul said,  (ii) Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;  therefore, if our Father took good care of our souls throughout the year, grant victories over enemies, healed afflictions, grant promotions, fed our hungered souls, protect our lives from perils and dangers of the world of darkness, and we appreciate what he has done;  then, we ought to praise him;  instead of going to party with others, meet the New Year in drunkenness;  let us rather go into the house of our Father first, praise and worship him in the beauty of his holiness, be filled with the Holy Spirit, offer prayers of thanksgiving unto him, and present our petitions for the coming year before him; sing songs of praises to glorify him, dance for his goodness that never fails, but endures forevermore, and in appreciation of what he has done, doing currently, and will continue to do in coming years; trust and believe in him that he has taken absolute control of our lives in future years, be happy with contentment of joy that we have received his blessings forevermore: then, may be associate with others who are partying.  (iii) Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God:  brethren, the key to success is fear of our Father and humbleness;  for our Father resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. (James 4:6); and even in the secular world, humility pays!;  for example, the more we humble ourselves to authorities, the more elevations, blessings and favors our Father bestows upon our lives;  a humble soul can go to places where kings and queens may not have access to go; and that is, eternity with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  therefore, regardless of our statuses, genders and ethnicities, we are all living in world of darkness, but enjoying the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; therefore, let us show humility and respect for one another;  for we live by his grace.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved,  there is nothing wrong with drinking alcohol in moderations;  but the point is, at times we drink alcohol excessively, lose control of our minds and emotions, commit atrocities before we realized our mistakes;  therefore, to avoid getting ourselves in troubles, we cannot get ourselves out of, let us be careful of how we consume alcoholic beverages; especially, when we are jubilating; it is written in the book of Proverbs 20:1; "Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.";  therefore, let us not be deceived by infiltration spirits, but be wise, know that there are physical, emotional and mental consequences when we drink excessively, with that in mind, let us think about the consequences and behave ourselves unwisely, if we should get drunk knowingly or unknowingly;  let us not drive any vehicles, put our lives and other people lives in jeopardies on the streets.  I wish everyone, a Happy New Year!  Blessings and promotions, good heath and vitalities, be Safe and Sound in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ forever and evermore!  Amen and Amen!
