DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.) ISAIAH 51:7-8

(7)  Hearken unto me,  ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law;  fear ye not the reproach of men,  neither be ye afraid of their revilings.
(8)  For the moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool: but my righteousness shall be for ever, and my salvation from generation to generation.

WHO IS OUR ENEMY?

Brethren, if we know who we are in our Father, through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, fear him, obey his words, do his will, love one another as ourselves; no evil can prevail against us;  therefore, let us not fear threatens of evil people, their terror, be dismayed and disarrayed over their criticisms and attacks, lose hope in the faith of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; that he is incapable to take absolute control of negative situations of this world of darkness; no not so!,  Jesus gave humanity everlasting peace before ascension to heavenly places; saying, "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you:  not as the world giveth, give I unto you.  Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." (John 14:27);  therefore, if we are afraid of enemy attacks, let us pray, receive his peace into our innermost spirits, know that regardless of what is going on negatively on earth, Jesus Christ rules and reigns forevermore, he is aware of the affairs of his sovereignty and has taken control by his sufferings, death on the cross and resurrection from the tomb;  therefore, whether the adversary likes peace or not; peace will eventually reign all over the earth; let us have peace in our innermost spirits, calm ourselves down, pray fervently to invite divine interventions into the affairs of this world; prayer works, when we pray, we supplicate about our troubles, weaknesses and give thanks to our Father, through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, mediator and advocate, ask for his help to fix up abnormalities we cannot fix ourselves;  our Father hears our utterances, his bowel yearns when we call upon him in distress, he turns no one away from his goodness and mercies, they are renewed every morning.

When enemies rise up against the righteous and afflict souls for no apparent reasons, they warfare against our Father, his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  for example, when Saul persecuted against the church in Jerusalem, caused havoc, went into houses, arrested people and imprisoned them; followers of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior run away into different cities for their lives;  but what Saul did not realize was when he persecuted them from the church, his evil actions, actually helped the followers spread the gospel abroad to other unbelievers in the neighboring cities; for the followers instead of staying together in one congregation, was separated through persecutions and had opportunities to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior to other nations of the world; therefore, whether good or bad phenomenons, all things work together for good, to them that love our Father, and to them that are called according to his purposes. (Romans 8:28);  regardless of what we face in life,  let us continue to trust in our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior that it shall be well again;  when the hand of Jesus Christ, came against Saul, the persecutor and murderer of his disciples and believers on his way to Damascus, lights from the firmament of glory shone upon him (Acts 9);  Saul, became blind but his eyesight was restored by Ananias, disciple of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;  Saul became Apostle Paul, a minister of the gospel and writer of several letters of inspirations and encouragements to followers of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; which are recorded in the New Testament books of the Holy Scriptures;  therefore, Jesus Christ is our vindicator when enemies rise up against us; physically or spiritually, prayer is the key to solve all troubles of this world of darkness.

If we obey words of our Father, reverence him as the creator of the heavens and earth; he will fight our battles, prevail and help us overcome all evil, we will never be confounded by our enemies; for our Father is nearer to his children, he will justify them when mistreated by persecutors;  therefore, let us stand together as brothers and sisters of the same heavenly Father; if we are in one accord, who is our enemy?;  let him persecute!

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, today's lesson is an encouragement to believers, not to fear no evil; for our Father is with them, to deliver his people from hands of the enemy; instead of being afraid of evil works of men, let us rather, read his words, our spiritual strengths, follow after his righteousness, look unto Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; protector, the rock of our salvation, victory, cling unto his cross, pray, trust and believe in him, that he died and rose up again from the dead, overcame the world of darkness and have the keys of hell and death;  and lives forever and evermore; nothing can harm us under his mighty wings of protection:  Satan is a liar!  let us come to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior today!  Amen and Amen!

QUOTES OF THE DAY:

(KJV.)  Matthew 5:11-12: .Blessed are ye,  when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.  Rejoice, and be exceeding glad:  for great is your reward in heaven:  for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
