DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  HEBREWS 2:2-4

(2)  For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward;
(3)  How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
(4)  God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?

HOW CAN WE REFUSE CHRIST OUR SALVATION?

(2)  For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward;  Brethren, let us pay more attention to dictates of the Holy Spirit, ministering angels, preachers of the gospel, that we do not take messages or instructions that we hear for granted; since messages given by angels are messages of the Father and are bound to come to pass therefore, we ought to make sure that we take his words into our hearts, and wait for manifestations: in the past laws, every sins committed and waywardness get rightful punishments for disobedience. (Hebrew 10:28). however, we are under the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ now; therefore, let us walk in faith through his righteousness, life everlasting.

(3)  How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;  Brethren, if we are no longer under the law, our schoolmaster but are under grace, (Ephesians 2:8); that (i)  Christ already died on the cross to pay for all our past, present and future transgressions; therefore, we go and sin no more. (John 8:11);   (ii)  how can we flee from the wrath of the Father, if we disregard such a kind, skillful act of saving humanity from all sins and bondage of evil; which was first spoken by Jesus Christ in, (John 10:17); and, (iii)  later confirmed by his disciples in the New Testaments refer to in the gospel of (Luke 1:1-4); because of the Father's love for humanity, he gave his only begotten son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, to suffer, died on the cross of Calvary, shed his blood once and for all to take away animal sacrifices laws for forgiveness of iniquities per the Old Testament; Jesus rose again from the dead to give humanity freedom from past, present and future transgressions; and, (iv)  how can we not appreciate what Jesus has done, and embrace what he has given, but reject his grace, ignore him and continue to wallow in transgressions?  this a point for humanity to ponder on today!

(4)  God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?  Brethren, the Father, also supported testimonies of the Apostles, by confirming with truthful manifestations and powerful phenomenons, with various spectacular events through the gifts of the Holy Spirits given to the disciples as promised by Jesus Christ, (John 14:16); Christ promises was fulfilled:  "When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place..Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting..They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them...All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them." (Acts chapter 2:1-4)  Amazing baptism of the Holy Spirit! Let us prepare our hearts to receive the Holy Spirit in Jesus Name.  Amen!

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, we all know that the Father sacrificed his only begotten son on the cross of Calvary because of his love for humanity; regardless of how we feel today, in love, out of love, seeking love; it really does not matter to Christ, for Christ's love is available for all humanity, he is faithful; his love for humanity never runs out, never fails, we can count on him, no matter what; all we have to do is to believe in him, receive him into our hearts, call upon him in times of difficulties, no matter what is going on, negatively or positively; Jesus will shine his lights of love upon us and redeem our souls from all troubles and we will glorify his Holy Name forever and evermore.  Amen and amen!:
