DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  1 TIMOTHY 4:11-16

(11)  These things command and teach.
(12)  Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
(13)  Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
(14)  Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophesy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.
(15)  Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.
(16)  Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

ENCOURAGE ONE ANOTHER

Brethren, as believers, we are not only to live exemplary lives as redeemed children of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior but to be conformed also into his image, to emulate him in all our doings; let us study the scriptures to be certain of who we are in him, use what we have learned to encourage others into the faith to receive salvation, enjoy grace and life everlasting.

Case in point, today, let us carefully study the above guidelines of encouragements from Apostle Paul to Timothy;  (i)  Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity:  let us be encourage to continue to do good regardless, not to be discourage when we face scornful behaviors from our haters, but behave ourselves in godliness still; by showing good examples to others by our utterances and expressions, and control our tongues in any formal talk or dialogues with others, be generous, helpful and show love towards needy and suffering souls, be energetic with resurrection powers of the Holy Spirit in our mortal bodies with strong believes and trust in the righteousness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ without guilt or condemnations;  (ii)  Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine:  it is good to read and study the scriptures to understand fully his words, to encourage others with principles established in the scriptures.

WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT:

Points to ponder,  Apostle Paul encourages us today,  (a)  Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophesy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery:  let us not ignore our especial abilities that are within our spirits given to us by the resurrection power of the Holy Spirit, and predictions from seers and powers released from anointing hands of ministers and leaders of faith in the righteousness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ;  (b)  Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all:  let us be encourage to spent time in quiet thoughts for reading and studying of his words and learn his attributes to follow after his righteousness into eternal glories forevermore.

Fruits of thoughts,  many a time, believers in Jesus Christ, may face trails and temptations; though spiritually they are in good standings in the faith of his righteousness:  when we walk in shadows and valleys of despairs; Apostle Paul is saying to, *Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.  Though, enemies will pester with our lives and trails will come our ways on our journeys in life; if we pay more attentions to who we are in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, and hold on to what we learn from the scriptures or hear from preachers of his words, and adhere strictly to its wisdom and to be strengthen through our trails with prayers, praises and thanksgivings; we will be able to wither all storms and be safe in the arms of Jesus Christ, without being hurt or lost in storms of our lives: but our exemplary lives will encourage others to also believe and trust in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior who will stop all storms on our behalves, keep us safe under his wings of protections from all evils and make us successful again by his saving grace unto eternity.

CONCLUSION:

Dearly beloved, everything we need to know and adhere to about our lives on planet earth is in this wonderful book of life, the Holy Scriptures; regardless of what we face in life, there are guidelines to comforts, wisdom to do well and answers to all life questions in the scriptures; its words are spirits and are alive, it really, really works!  let us give it a try, by reading one verse starting today; let us not ignore this book any longer;  we will be surprised how audible the voice of the Father of all creation and his Son Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior and prophets will minister into our souls and spirits as we take journeys of faith in righteousness through reading of his words to know our maker and discover wisdom, knowledge and understandings for ourselves and to know who we are in this world full of iniquities; and what Jesus did to give us grace freely to enjoy, if we accept him into our hearts as Lord and Savior today, believe and trust in him; we have life everlasting.  Amen and Amen!

QUOTE OF THE DAY:

(KJV.)  Philippians 4:8  Finally,  brethren,  whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
