DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  ZACHARIAH 7:8-10

(8)  And the word of the LORD came unto Zech-a-ri-ah, saying,
(9)  Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying,  Execute true judgment, and shew mercy and com-passions every man to his brother:
(10) And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless,  the stranger,  nor the poor;  and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart.

WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT:

Brethren, thus saith the LORD of hosts, judge righteously, and in good faith, and be merciful and compassionate to one another:  and do not be cruel and unfair to widows, fatherless, foreigners, or the needy;  nor devise evil, cause any harm or injury to others;  but, show love, be helpful and care for one another:  case in point,  there are so many unforeseen actions that we carry out everyday which are ungodly in the eyes of the LORD of hosts;  actions such as, gossiping, backbiting, keeping malice, striving, and envious of one another;  but, the LORD of host is merciful and gracious and forgives us and transforms our lives unto godliness:  also, when strangers dwell among us;  let us not mock, torment or devise evil against them, because of who they are in nature;  but, treat them fairly and love them as ourselves;  and think of them as brothers and sisters from the same Father;  for, Abraham, entertained angels and was blessed by the Lords of Hosts;  let us beware that whatever measure we measure unto others, the scripture says,  it shall be measured unto us:  therefore, let us change our negative perspectives of  others, and embrace them with love; and judge righteously:  for, the LORD of hosts, is righteous in all his ways.
Brethren, Jesus, gave us two commandments;  (a) to love the LORD our God with all our hearts; (b)  and to love our neighbor as ourselves:  however, we may love the LORD with all our hearts; but, do we love to our neighbors as ourselves?;   let us do more and reach out to people from all walks of life;  for, we are from the same father, with the same red blood running through our bodies:  therefore, let us embrace one another as brothers and sisters, and always try to bear fruits of the spirit;  which is love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance by the Grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, forever and evermore.  Amen and Amen!

QUOTE OF THE DAY:

(KJV.)  Romans 12:21  Be not overcome of evil,  but overcome evil with good.
