DAILY BREAD OF LIFE

(KJV.)  PSALM 144:1-8

(1)  Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:
(2)  My goodness, and my fortress;  my high tower, and my deliverer;  my shield, and he in whom I trust;  who subdueth my people under me.
(3)  LORD, what is man, that thou takest knowledge of him!  or the son of man, that thou takest account of him!
(4)  Man is like to vanity:  his days are as a shadow that passeth away.
(5)  Bow thy heavens,  O LORD, and come down:  touch the mountains, and they shall smoke.
(6)  Cast forth lightning, and scatter them:  shoot out thine arrows, and destroy them.
(7)  Send thine hand from above;  rid me, and deliver me out of great waters,  from the hand of strange children;
(8)  Whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood.


WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT:

Brethren, Glory be to God Almighty!  our moral, and physical energy;  who inspires and empowers us, to persevere through trails and tribulations:  he is our strength, redeemer and the rock of our salvation, in whom we believe;  and who made our enemies our footstool;  though, we are not worthy of his mercies;  yet, his protection is everlasting:  for, we know not how frail  we are in his sight;  we are like flowers of the field, which flourishes in the mornings, and withers away in the evenings;  therefore, let us appreciate life, and the Lord's goodness and mercies that are renewed daily in our lives.
Brethren, when we walk in dark places;  let us not lose hope, but believe in our Lord Jesus, for his light to shine on our paths and deliver us from all evil;  when our haters speak lies, and deceit to keep us still in the dark, the Lord, knows their evil imaginations and will prove us;  and will lighten our paths unto life everlasting by his Amazing Grace forever and evermore.  Amen and Amen!
